"Charming house well equipped. The swimming pool is fantastic and the view from the several terraces is amazing. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the italian "dolce vita". The host (and her dogs and cats) is very welcoming. The surroundings are very beautiful but you have to be aware that what seems near may in fact represent a long trip given the small, often turning, roads in the area. But anyway, me made a lot of very nice visits (do not miss campo imperatore !). A wonderful souvenir !"

"The house is not located in SanVito Chietino as the HomeAway website shows but 4-5 km from there, in Bardella 6 just outside Sant Apollinaire. The property is located near the highway so there is always a noise from there. Otherwise, the situation is very good and the house is in good condition. It is 3km to the beach. Antonello is always accommodating and helpful"

"We stayed in the flat for several nights in January. It’s located in a large pedestrian area, which is fantastic, but which also requires you to carry your luggage a couple of blocks to get to it. Long-term parking can be found at the train station just a few blocks away and it’s very inexpensive. The flat itself was clean with plenty of storage space for clothing. "November 2022 We stayed at this apartment in Pescara and must say how wonderful of an experience we had. The apartment was quite spacious, very clean, and centrally located in regards to all the areas we were visiting and the family we went to visit! The fact that we were able to take advantage of the washer and dryer (yay!!!!!) was such an added bonus! It is very close to the seashore, (maybe a simple 5 minutes walk) supermarkets and so many more entertainment places! We look forward to...
