The property was clean and room was spacious. Pillows were too soft and people around and above us were making a lot of noise and stomping on floor.

Breakfast could be much better. Ran out of items - milk, hot water, berries, etc. Wish could self serve eggs. Would love additional hot items. Appreciated fresh fruit and yogurt.

The property and hotel itself was great. It clean, quiet. The staff very friendly! I loved the benches and various seating areas outside. The fitness room was well maintained with a good variety of equipment, it was great that it was open 24 hrs! Only thing that i would provide feedback was, that i was told the kitchen was not stocked properly to provide the meals listed on the menu. Selection was very slim, with only two options.

We got to the hotel really late. The Receptionist was very friendly and courteous. He offered us a late checkout without me having to ask. The room was very nice and roomy. This was my second time here and I’ll definitely make it a third time.

The facility was beautiful and the room super comfy, but the noise from above us, next door and flushing toilets. Bring ear plugs!!! We called the desk and it helped a little.

Not the greatest location but probably the nicest hotel I've been to in Scottsdale. Extremely clean, great housekeeping staff and my room was beautiful. Good breakfast options too.

The Hot Breakfast Bar Almost Make Up for it
After the first day my key wouldn't work and I had to get a new key from the desk. Not the worst thing, but the elevators are sooooooooo slow and only one was working. I'm not sure if it was just another round of bad luck but the person in the room above me must have been an elephant. Back and forth, this person was stomping on the floor. The booking app I used didn't mention the cost of daily parking. Personally, I think it's nickle and diming to ask a guest to pay for parking at the place where they are already paying to stay. Aside from all that, the daily breakfast is just the best.

This is an excellent Hotel. Very clean and new. It is a Marriott Hotel named Element. I would stay here again for sure.

Half-hour wait in lobby on check-in. Lack of cold drinking water from kitchen faucet - only warm water. Otherwise we were pleased with this stay
