"Room was just OK. Very dated. Our room was behind the elevator and we heard it everytime it was used. Very annoying at night. There were only 2 usable outlets it the entire room. "Very friendly and helpful staff. The sink in my room had no stopper. The towels were sometimes fresh. No hand towel one day. Only one tea bag and coffee sachet each day but several sachets of sugar. There were problems with a leak from the handbasin. It was resolved once but I don't think it was a permanent solution."
