Special Weekend!
We stayed for our anniversary - amazing weekend! The hotel itself is stunning and our room was great and very spacious. Spa is incredible, pool is open until late and the views are stunning. Food is pricey but delicious.

An amazing stay after a week at Lake Garda. Would highly recommend this hotel, photos do not show how amazing it is. Looking forward to going back in the winter. Great place to relax and chill.

Great spa and Loews if space. Rooms are lovely, food is perfect. The only downside is that the bar staff were very slow cleaning tables and dirty glasses from the bar, bar seating and bar eating areas. Service was also quite slow.

We stayed in junior suite for 3 nights in December for a winter spa holiday in the dolomites. From the moment of arrival, we were seamless looked after from parking our car, taking our luggages to our room, and toured the resort facilities by the check in team. The suite was absolutely stunning. It is elegant, stylish, modern and contemporary. and sumptuous. The danger is that you never want to leave the room lol. The spa & relaxation facilities were impressive throughout, especially the indoor pool leading to the outdoor pool area. The bar and loft library area were sophisticated, with home away from home ambience. We dined at Grual, Dolomia on the evenings and breakfast each day. Every meal was delicious. The only negative we had was that at breakfast, the pre-cooked scrambled eggs, mushrooms etc were cold. We did mention it to the chef, but he didn't quite believe us. Location was easy to find and walking distance to Pinzolo town and ski lifts. Staying at Lefay was a lovely experience and we hope to come back one day.

Outstanding, truly stunning place
Absolutely outstanding gem of a hotel. The location was brilliant for exploring the local area, and the hotel itself was truly gorgeous. The rooms are luxurious with a huge bath and panoramic views across the Dolomites. The toiletries are luxurious. The spa is out of this world. Again, panoramic views across the mountain range with superb facilities ranging from steam rooms to saunas to swimming pools. I’d highly recommend!

The view at this hotel is stunning! I was shocked by the poor service at the main restaurant. The hostess was incredibly rude and unpleasant. The food is overpriced and low quality. When I complained there was no manager present and no one followed up. On the other hand the restaurant Gruel is amazing! The tasting menu exceeded expectations and the service was superb. The room was a nice size but the amenities in the bathroom need improvement. Also smoking is allowed on the balconies which is awful because it permeated into the room and gave us allergies.

A beautiful hotel with incredible views in a quiet location, only minutes from the local town. The hotel is beautifully designed and decorated, immaculately clean, very spacious and offers a truly exceptional spa experience. The staff were pleasant, helpful and unpretentious making everyday comfortable and enjoyable. We will definitely be returning.

We stayed at the Lefay Dolomiti for 3 nights in late October 2019 having previously stayed at the fantastic Lefay Garda hotel back in October 2017 for our Honeymoon. The hotel itself is brand new having opened in the Summer of 2019 and is incredibly impressive. Built in the style of an Alpine Chalet/Pyramid with heavy, robust finishings and fixtures make for a pleasant and relaxing experience. The Spa area is vast and covers nearly 3 of the 4 floors of the hotel. There is the main heated indoor/outdoor pool, the indoor spa area with saunas/steam rooms etc. and the main treatment rooms. The facilities are all really great offering a good couple days’ worth of relaxing - but will take some time to explore all the different areas. The room we had was fantastic and bigger than your average hotel room. There was a big walk-in wardrobe, bath & shower, sofa area, desk area, balcony and king size bed. The only disappointment was that our view was of the trees/gardens and not of the impressive mountain and town opposite. We ate in the in the hotel bar 2 out of the 3 nights which had quite a mid-priced mixed and varied menu. The service and food was great but for a hotel promoting an Eco/Environmentally friendly edge, they still put plastic straws in every drink, which seems to go against the ethos somewhat. Love the place
The hole resort is really nice. Everything is very nicely decorated and the spa is super relaxing. Not forgetting the wonderful breakfast. I can´t wait go back hopefully soon.
