"Upon arrival, the elevator from the street level to the main level, was not working. In order to check in, we had to get to the main level by going up 30 steps (maybe) with our heavy suitcases. Torres was so accommodating, he left the front desk unattended to come help bring our bags up. He apologized for the inconvenience and explained the elevator had been broken for a while with no certainty as to when the part would arrive. "Super clean and friendly. A lot of Germans so as a Brit we were in the minority. Walls are thin between rooms so you can hear next door but that wasn’t an issue. Would stay again perfect "
