I had communicated ahead of time that we had a large van. Upon arrival, the van did not fit in the underground lot. The desk clerk offered no help at all, just told us we were out of luck. He did not acknowledge us when we came in but continued with a casual conversation until I had to interrupt multiple times to get service. He was very rude throughout the process and we had to ask him to please start our check-in process so we could access our rooms. It was very late at night, we were exhausted, and he was very unhelpful. Also VERY rude when we tried to get breakfast vouchers and would not acknowledge us when we stood at the counter. The attendant at the door, on the other hand, was so helpful. He took our luggage to our rooms, showed us around the rooms, trie to help with the parking situation, and was very kind and helpful. I couldn't say enough about thim. Overall, the breakfast was good and the rooms were great, but I wouldn't stay here again due to the rudeness of the front desk clerk. If I'm paying for a service, I would expect to be treated civilly.

Great spot. A minute walk to 5th Avenue. It’s in the center so expect to be loud during night due to music coming from bars around the area but it is manageable. Clean room, food and friendly service from staffs. I highly recommend.

The entire staff at Antera Hotel was Excellent. The front desk staff and the security staff was so friendly and helpful they attended to all our needs making our stay so pleasant. One staff member Pavel in particular was outstanding and helpful to my husband and myself. We definitely will be back to stay at the Antera Hotel.

I highly recommend Antera hotel to everyone this place was a great stay for me and my mother. Everything is in walking distance. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. We flow into Cancun and took the ADO bus which was a 45 min ride for $15 for an air condition ride. The station is a 6 min walk from the hotel. Antera Hotel ambience is top tier and affordable.
