The place was great I would stay there again the staff was very nice. They had a lot of entertainment on site and things to keep the guest happy and active. Book dinner at the restaurants food 10/10 & so was the buffet too which opened late that was a plus and has a lot of variety. Breakfast & lunch buffet was my favourite.You have many different pools but do recommend getting a swim up. Food and drinks was amazing.

Food was great for all inclusive. The alacarte spots took forever to get food. Rooms need updating horribly. The bedding is terribly old , itchy, thin, and needs changing. The resort itself is beautiful. If the rooms were better and the entertainment was better I would rate this much higher. The shows were the worst we have seen in Mexico. So just eat and go to bed. If you need nightlife this is not your spot.

Everything was great except the rooms were nice and spacious but always smelled of humidity was intense, lucky I carried with a travel size lysol disinfectant and clorex wipes which I would use it on all furnish and bathroom to keep room smelling fresh. Overall the facilities and amenities, awesome!! Needed at least 2 more days to enough the whole resort. Food was great!!

First time and we love it. Definitely a great place to stay again. Wild animal's on the property like deers, monkey's, procyonida, raccoons, cat's, etc. Best thing to see. They also have a great variety of food in the Buffet, delicious. Friendly stuff and all inclusive resort make the big difference to be more relax and not to worry about anything. Thank you again for your hospitality.

I enjoyed my stay here. Huge property but there are free shuttles. I checked in with Amira who gave a brief overview of the property. Moises and Jose at the pool/swim up bar were great! The beach has a lot of sea weed but the water feels amazing. My room had a jacuzzi but it was dirty so I didn’t use it and that was the only con I had for this property. At night, the walk way is dimly lit with so many cool statutes. There’s a sports bar that’s 24/7 where you can get snacks like nachos, burgers and cheesesteaks. There were so many options at the buffet and we enjoyed the food. We didn’t get to try any of the a la carte restaurants, I could not get the hotel app to download and was enjoying the pool during the day so never went to the lobby to book for the a la carte restaurants in person. They had activities every night, I missed the silent party. There was a pool party my last day there which was so much fun. There’s also a grill going by the pool with burgers, hotdogs, chicken sandwiches and wraps. The property was about an hour from the airport but we felt safe traveling back and forth with the shared transportation we booked (MTS). I would return again and book a better room.

Property is beautiful, but rooms need attention and deep cleaning. Staff could be friendlier, they don’t go the extra mile. Pools and amenities are great. Bartenders were the best. Overall a good experience.

This property was great with the pool and beach perfect. We reserved two rooms with both double beds but got kings instead and the front desk didn’t accommodate us there which we didn’t care for. Also the restaurants were just ok, you HAVE to reserve times to eat two days before on their app or you will be eating in the buffet which wasn’t good (only for breakfast). The Mexican and Italian restaurants were our favorite. And the sports bar, don’t forget you can eat there!

Grand Sunset Princess offers a pleasant and clean atmosphere, with helpful help desks conveniently located throughout the premises.
