From the condo, we walked every day on the 5th avenue, down to its south end OR up to the 88th street on its north side (calle 88) and then to the most beautiful and natural beach in Playa del Carmen. Two interesting one hour walking routes.
The condo has a lot of space in the bedroom, the kitchen, the dining room and the living room. What we liked the most was that a breeze was almost always flowing through the condo so that, in three weeks, we used the air conditionning only for one warm night when there was no wind at all.
The Wifi was excellent.
We used the pool twice a day for exercise and freshness.
The rear balcony overlooking the pool was perfectly shaded and welcome during the warm hours of the day. During the cool hours, the front balcony was sunny and confortable.
We appreciated that a bottle (18 liters) of drinking water was always provided; we did not have to carry our water from the grocery store to the 3rd floor condo.
However, since our Spanish is less than basic, we would have greatly liked to have more English speaking tv channels than only CNN.
In summary, it is a very good and quiet spot to spend some time in Playa del Carmen.
