"Towels for the pool were obtained via a pass system, passes were issued at reception and then exchanged for towels at the pool area which was always unattended. This resulted in long waits to either receive or return towels in 38 degree heat, really negating the benefit of the pool. We also had to have our room keys recoded 3 times in 2 nights, not ideal. Aside from that staff were friendly, hotel was clean and tidy. "

The room could have been cleaner as I could see stains on the bathroom tiles and the towel rail wasn’t securely fitted to the wall.
