This is our second stay at this hotel and won’t be our last. We are impressed with the cleanliness. The rooms are big and they also have a good breakfast each morning. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are very affordable. This will be our go to place when we come to pleasant grove.

Check in was super easy, and the staff were nice. However once we got to our room it was a little dingy. The bottom of the kitchen island was ripping off, the walls had a lot of dirty markings and bumps towards the bathroom, there was a weird stain in the carpet by the bathroom, and the kitchen sink smelt foul. The view from the room was nice, the bed was soft/clean, and the bathroom was clean. The ac/fan never kicked on during the night and we got way too hot, and the tv remote only half worked. Room served its purpose, but I don’t think we’d stay here again. Breakfast was ok

It snowed and the sidewalks were covered in ice, very dangerous. The breakfast was over at 9:30, too early. Coffee was out before I even got a cup, had to ask staff for some. Chef wasn't welcoming at all👎

This hotel is amazing they have stepped it way up. The breakfast is sooo good. Now just need the swimming pool to stay open later then 10:00 and it will be perfect. The workers are the best

I stay here once a month or so. Staff is always super friendly. Place is clean. This last time I came outside and I had accidentally left my back hatch open and no one had broken in. I love to stay here.

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel was clean. Staff friendly. And the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in. Breakfast was also very good. Would definitely stay again.

The room was very nice and my only complaint is about housekeeping. I stayed for 3 nights and did request housekeeping. The first day my dirty dishes were left in the sink but the bed was made. Same with the second day, still more dishes left undone. Third day dishes STILL not done, bed NOT made, trash not removed, and the only thing they did was pick up the towels on the bathroom floor. Just for kicks, I left an unopened roll of toilet paper that had fallen onto the floor right where it was. The housekeeper didn't even pick it up and put it back. Everything else went well.

Loved almost everything about this stay. New hotel that was clean, smelled great, had great breakfast, and ample parking. I do wish the walls were a little bit thicker, but everything else was excellent.

Breakfast had many healthy options. The gym was clean and contained all items needed for a good workout. Room was very clean and quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. We have stayed at this locarion before and always recommend it.
