Late night arrival.

Very convenient
The location was great, 10 minute walk to the train station or 10 minute walk to the historical downtown... The room was very spacious, with a kitchenette, an indoor pool, also the property has a washer and dryer at a fair price.

Some of the staff were friendly, but our one bedroom apartment was in need of a refurb. The toilet seat had come off and whoever cleaned the room would have known this. I did report it on our first day and was told it would get fixed the following day but it never did. Our bedroom had a funny smell to it and the kitchenette was tiny. I wasn’t expecting something spacious but you couldn’t even get the kettle under the tap to fill it. There were chunks of wood missing from the bathroom mirror surround and the tap leaked. I put up with it as we were only staying for 3 nights. To be honest I probably wouldn’t stay there again. Also if you do stay there ask for a room they doesn’t face onto the street as it can be noisy at night.

Best service in France!
The service was above and beyond what we expected. When we called to tell them that we would be arriving after hours, we were immediately given the codes for the front door and the lock box with the keys. Then, they sent all the same info in an email within the hour. By a mistake that I made we actually had two booking (one for two nights and a second booking for the third). We were about to ask if we could keep the same room for the third night when we were told it had already been arranged. The room and premises were in fine condition, though we never tried the swimming pool so we have no comment on that. If we return to Poitiers, this is where we will stay.

Great long stay hotel.
Perfect place to set up a home base while exploring the local area. The location was nice and quite and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and well presented.

Lovely soft cotton bedding
The actual hotel room did look quite different from the online photos. Overall the room was clean, the carpet had a few dirty marks on it. The bedding was very comfortable. Lovely soft cotton bedding, comfortable pillows. The very small kitchen area was fine for heating pre-prepared food but probably quite challenging to cook food. The bathroom was good. The room was quiet, the instructions for late arrival were easy and parking was good.

We found the hotel, very old in need of repair & noisy, would never stay there again, booked on line before we stayed there, on our way back to Spain, cancelled our booking lost our money, thats how bad it is.

Large comfortable room with kitchennette within easy walking distance from the train station and the city center. That being said to get to city center you have to climb a few stairs or hill depending on the path you choose, but you get to come down on your way back.

Great hotel with really helpful staff
Hotel is in a great location with a secret garden to to centre of town and it's great bars and restaurants. Really close to motorway and easily accessible. The receptionist was really good with lots of local knowledga and spoke very good English

Great hotel for stop-off or overnight stay.
We stayed here for a night before we set-off for the coast having flown into Poitiers. We found the hotel easily travelling by bus from Futuroscope. The hotel is functional and feels like a no frills airport or motorway hotel but still very well located with very friendly staff. The rear hotel access passage takes you to within 5 mins of a lovely area in Poitiers with restaurants at night and is alive in the morning with a large French market and some great shops. This is a hotel to stay in that is easy on the pocket and just intended for sleep and move on. We will use it again though if passing through.

Really not a good idea
There are so many better places. Also be very careful. Reception has limited hours. Outside of these keys are left in a lock box inside. You need an email with codes for the door and the lock box. Through hotels.com we di not know about it and did not receive the emai. We arrived Sat 9.30pm and were stuck. A french man helped us out with his codes.

Calling one week before to get the codes of the hotel, I was told the swimming pool was in order. Yet, when I arrived, one tells me the pool is out of order since two weeks... A bit odd. I was not happy and thought it was kind of exaggerated to lie on the phone no ? Otherwise the hotel is indeed very clean and the room are ok. Hotel quite calme. Practical appartment.

It's a clean place - not much for amenities.
Not much around here for places to eat etc. and it's becoming a sketchy spot with ladies of the evening (Hotels.com won't let me put the right word in) on the road. Bar across the street can be really, really loud at night if you're on the street side, but the staff is helpful and beds were clean.

Great value and convenient location
The hotel is very close to the train station and a ten-minute walk into medieval Poitiers. It's on some main bus routes too so easy to get to Futuroscope and very close to all of the hire car shops. The room was fantastic for the price except thet the airconditioning leaked- I just put a towel under it, no biggie. It was clean and comfortable and had a fully-functioning kitchenette. Staff were friendly and helpful.

great rooms but very noisy
Good location- we loved our short walk into the pretty old town, great rooms, friendly staff, even bagettes in the morning. but nightclub over the road was on until after 3 by the time the people cleared. cars beeping. Even with double glazing very noisy. The references re comfort were very effected by the noise.

Bien, mais pourquoi cette chambre là ?
Les climatiseurs de la chambre étaient en panne, et nous avions des chauffages/ventilateurs d'appoint à la place. Impossible de mettre cela la nuit vu le bruit. Etant en plein hiver, aves des enfants, c'est pas l'ideal.. De plus, il y avait un bar juste en face, dont les clients ne semblent pas pratiquer le dry january, et se mettaient à crier jusque tard dans la nuit. Mauvaise nuit après une journée fatiguante au futuroscope. Piscine et petit dejeuner très bien. Au final très bien cet hotel, mais etant donné qu il etait loin d'etre plein, il aurait été judicieux de nous donner une chanbre sans ces problèmes plutôt que nous dire le matin : ah oui c'est vrai dans cette chambre là... Une ristourne était la moindre des choses.

Propre, calme, tout équipé et à pied du centre.
De passage pour une nuit, nous n'avons pas pu profiter pleinement de l,hôtel. Mais le studio était propre et calme. Le personnel était souriant et gentils. Idéalement situé avec parking sécurisé. Nous y retournerons lors de nos futurs passages à Poitiers.
