Reception was very friendly & helpful, the room was newly remodelled and the internet worked well. The bathroom was good but items such at the toilet seat, shower head and bath spout etc needed tightening as they felt very loose. The bed was comfy although the bright light outside the room shone in through the curtains all night. Overall a comfy spacious room in an area that felt safe.

We stayed one night planning to cross the border the following morning. The hotel was nice with some updates. Very quiet place to get a good rest. Minor inconveniences was there was no bath mat, only one wash cloth, no shampoo/conditioner, no hair dryer. It was too late at night when I figured this out to ask the front desk. I’m sure they would have had these things to supply us. Kathy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful when we checked in.

The area was a nondescript suburban area . It’s behind a Riteaid which is on the main road. The exterior is ugly. Part of it is painted black. The stairs were so old that the paint is all peeled off and the underlying wood looks splintered. The second floor is tiled and some are broken. However, the inside was nice. It had been renovated and it showed. The shower was not great, though. Caulk was all over the tub and the fixtures in the shower were older. Later in the evening my husband went out for food. When he returned, around 9 pm, People were loitering in the lot smoking pot. That was a little intimidating.

Staff was friendly. Kathy is great. She gave me pointers for parking at beaches and such. Room was clean and comfortable. Property is quiet. They could do better on the breakfast. we went to a restaurant due to the limited choices, but everything was lovely all in all. I would stay here again.
