"Very well located hotel. Rooms was spacious, clean, stylish and had a large balcony.
There were however a few small issues
- the check-in process wasn’t smooth. Federico was pleasant but the process took a long time as he couldn’t find our booking (after three or four searches). The amenities of the hotel were not pointed out.
- the steam iron in the room was broken. Electrical item leaking water everywhere. When I called reception twice they didn’t answer. I then told the staff at checkout. They apologised (barely) but made no commitment to put it right (even for the next guest). They did ask (as we stood with our bags packed and checking out) if we still needed an iron. This should have been handled better.
Overall - a nice hotel with nice facilities / amenities, a little more ‘service’ would have made this much better. Things do go wrong, staff should be ready to smooth those things over."
