The Ramada Inn was right off the exit so very convenient to the highway. The room was a King and spacious with a soft bed. However, the front desk staff was not friendly and I had to stand there waiting while 2 people behind the desks kept typing and both looked up at me and back down without saying Hello. I waited another moment and one finally said, Can I help you? No smile, no customer service. The day I was leaving same woman I left the keys and she just looked at me. I smiled and said Have a nice day. nothing. Very disappointed in Ramada with no smiles. I am going back to the Marriott.

The staff was really nice but the property was pretty bad. Broken doors, smelled like cigarettes, garbage and mud on the walkway. Just run down.

Our room was filthy. Dirty shower walls. Dirty sink. Sticky stuff and crumbs still on the tables. I think the bed sheets had been changed but that’s it. Definitely not vacuumed

This hotel was wonderful to me. It's very clean and truly dog friendly. The other hotels want to charge $25 a day for dogs. I love that this hotel isn't greedy nd they are fair to the customer.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and linens, comfortable bads. I like seeing that, though it is dated, there are updates and improvements being made. We didn't get to use the pool or hottub but, i like that is is available and wont book with a hotel that does not have these amenities.

I was booked in for 2 nights. The first night went fine until the power cut out at 3am. This included heat and hot water that went out. Not the properties fault as the power outage was town related. The hotel offered a refund for the night and a free nights stay in the future. Staff was amazing and helpful through this chaos. Would recommend the hotel regardless. It was clean and basic. Only complain was the smell of smoke throughout the hotel and rooms, despite being smoke free.

The bathroom was very small, but everything else was excellent. My husband thought the bed was very comfy,he said he that he wished we could of stayed longer.

Most of the staff was nice however one member was a little bit ruder than the others. However, overall the hotel is really nicely set up, hot tub and pool is nice, room space is also great.

The gym was nice. The pool and spa were also great. I thought I’d get my room cleaned after 3 days of being there but I did not. I could have asked on day four but I didn’t bother. It was quiet inside the hotel. Had two restaurants attached one for dinner one for breakfast and lunch. It was nice overall.
