The best thing is the staff here. Very welcoming and friendly. Everyone is very pleasant to speak to. Just make things simple. Staff would go out and open your Uber’s door for. Small details like this is just wonderful. Loved it!! Definitely the go to for me in Porto Alegre!!

My place in Porto A;egre
Excelent service! I was was in Porto A;egre to take care of a sick parent, I felt taken care of by the people who work in the hotel, it really felt like a family. The food is great and the bed confortable. This is my third time there and I will keep going.

Good hotel
Very nice comfortable hotel in a nice area of Porto Alegre. The wifi and air conditioning worked fine. There was a nice blanket too. Would stay here again.

Need sheets that fit on the beds!
Nice place. Second time I've stayed here, but the sheets did not fit the bed (lencols nao cabem) and kept sliding off. Not professional!

Excellent stay!
We stayed one night at the hotel and we really liked it, excellent and friendly service. We were able to have late checkout and work from the restaurant. Rooms were really clean and comfortable and the pool area seemed like a nice area to relax even though we did not use it. We would definitely stay again.

Service is very good. Staff work hard to fulfill customer expectations. Property is new and modern. Located in a business district with small restaurants and a grocery store at walking distance.

Uma boa estada e próxima ao aeroporto
No geral o hotel foi muito bom, o desconforto foi lidar com os forros de cama, pois o lençol de baixo não tinha elástico e não era preso em lugar algum, logo, ao acordarmos o lençol estava na metade da cama e parte do corpo sobre colchão nu. Isso me incomodou muito. No mais foi tudo a contento.
