Hotel was not accessible to taxis. Also, hotel staff should make sure that they call honest taxi drivers for guests. We were charged 20euros for a trip to the train station, about twice as much as usual.

Oh my goodness, this hotel was so stunning! As a solo traveler having the moon and sun to come back to in the evening was such a treat. The staff were super attentive, it was clean and felt so safe. It’s only a short walk from all the sites, (I think the furthest I walked was 15 minutes to one of the sites!) and it’s surrounded by amazing food and drink spots and only a two minute walk from the livraria lello. Thoroughly recommend to anyone visiting Porto!

Great location, tiny but cute room. They offer afternoon tea and pastries We had live music on the roof top one night which was very nice and relaxing.

Highly recommend. I walked everywhere! Location is perfect in a quiet road but tourist attractions, shops and restaurants on your doorstep. Staff are beyond friendly and helpful. Really sweet, kind and helpful. Rooms were fine. Comfortable sleep, clean, hot shower. Complimentary water provided each day. I didn't include breakfast so can't comment on this. WIFI was slow which was my only negative. Highly recommend and would stay here again otherwise.

Staff was very accommodating, nice touches with cookies and brownies. Breakfast was delicious and bountiful. Perfect location near everything downtown.

Great location atop the highest point's in Porto. Great staff. Very clean. Wonderful breakfast worth the money. Incredible views from the roof top terrace with very comfortable seating.

I loved thus hotel. Very clean. Very professional, friendly and helpful staff. Very central to all sites on Porto. Breakfast is worth the $15. I will stay here again.

The staff we exceptional, so polite and helpful. The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance from everywhere. The breakfast was really good and they served complimentary snacks throughout the day. Excellent stay, highly recommended.

I liked the proximity to everything i porto at this property, beds were comfortable, and showers were great, small and cozy room. Brewkfast was also yummy!

Great location. We were able to pretty much walk everywhere. Clean. Staff were helpful. Only negative is that the rooms are small and have poor lighting (if you are trying to do your make up lol). Otherwise it was great. I would highly recommend.

Nice hotel in great location
This hotel was spotless, and in a great location. The breakfast was great, with many options for all diets. Rooms were a bit small, but we didn’t really spend much time in the room.

Service was great, and the location of the hotel is superb. It is close to everything you want to visit in Porto. The room was spacious but the bed was the worst I’ve ever slept in. Also there are many bars near the hotel so it was very loud until very late at night. There was construction going on right outside of the hotel which caused a foul smell of sewage. The ventilation of the room wasn’t great either.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Rooms were small but well appointed. Brighter lights in bathroom would have been nice for putting on makeup. Area was perfect for touring.

Great stay
The room was small but perfectly formed. The location was great with an excellent bar and coffee shop on the same street. Staff were very helpful with map and advice. A great base for exploring Porto, with many hotels affected by the new train line being built this is a quiet haven.
