Property is well kept. It is clean and tidy. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Property is located in very good quiet area and also 3 stops on the tram from central Prague.

This property needs a lot of work. It’s very old and it shows. The keys were difficult to get to work in the doors. Beds were absolutely horrible. They were pretty much a board with old tweed Couch cushions attached to them. Parking was not close to the building. We never felt unsafe, but the area was very questionable. The train stop was very close which was nice. The staff was nice but seemed stressed. There were a couple of eating places close by. Property was secure. You had to have a key to get in.

Value for money
Great little budget hotel. It’s nothing fancy but breakfast was good and the staff were really helpful. The room was spacious with an extra wardrobe room. Would definitely return.

Very run down hotel, with no comfort.
Run down hotel that's in serious need of a face lift! Stains on my mattress cover, not sure my bed had a mattress on it... No kettle or fridge, just 2 cups and a bar of soup. Towels looked about 20 years old.

the reception was friendly, the room was basic with cobwebs on the outer windows and the bathroom walls had stains. no comfort and 4 TV channels all Czech. bedding very basic and got bitten a few times. would not come back here.

i love olga
the hotel is a little bit away from the main old town across the river which is good because it was quiet and not over run with tourists. it had more of a local feel to it. only a 30 min walk to old town or an easy tram ride or metro to anywhere you might need to get to

Cheap no frills hotel 5 mins on tram to Central.
Basic hotel but clean with helpful staff. Breakfast was a buffet of meats and cheeses, breads, cakes, cereals and porridge. Tram stop 2 mins walk. Tram to centre 4 stops, 5 mins, less than £1 each way. Lots of shops and restaurants in hotel area.

It's not hotel. If you imagine modern hotel, you had better consider other hotel. Location is good. You could access city center only 15minutes by 17-tram. Breakfast is so awful. I never visit here again.

Hotel Olga stay.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Hotel Olga. I have stayed there twice before. The hotel is very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast meal was very well prepared and there was a good selection of food. I think that the outside of the building needs to be painted. Other than that the hotel is excellent.

Very Cheap and clean
Basic, clean, warm and very cheap, Friendly staff on the desk and spoke English. Heating was on all night which was lovely as it was very cold outside.

The worse hotel I have ever seen. Very dirty, no air conditioning, no refrigerator, no shampoo in the room, and sure no pool. Towel hooks are broken. An iron, a safe and a hair dryer for additional payment. The Internet in the rooms is very slow. There is no restaurant, just a small room in the basement.

Great Park near by
We enjoyed our stay overall. Loved the big park close to the hotel, with lots of great trails to run on. Playgrounds, green areas. Also, it was close to public transportation which is very easy. We were disapointed that there was no pool, as the website said, but kind of suspected that that was a mistake. (that they stated outdoor pool, but no pool at all)

Fair price. Not in downtown but easy access
Room was spacious. Very old everything carpet, sheets, towels. It was fairly clean and confortable for what we paid. Will recommend only for low budget travelers. It includes breakfast but it´s not very good, but at least you get something right?

The worst hotel experience in Europe
Where do I start! The bed was uncomfortable too the point I could not sleep roperly, the window in the toilet would not open, the toilet paper was like sand paper, the duvet would not cover the length of my body, the pillow was terrible, the television had 4 channels with 2 the same, and no English speaking channels, spent one hour trying to find the hotel, the location was not good and the breakfast was not worth getting up for and spent more money on coffee machine and soft drinks. Finally, the safe you had to pay for which was a shoe cover in a shoe box at reception.

it just take 10 mins to the nearest tram station and there are frequent trams services. The room is quite big and were clean. the bathrooms were neat but little old type. There are good facilities like bars, restaurants and 24 hrs mini markets near by. All the furniture were pretty old and even the beds were not comfortable . The curtains were thin and the we had to deal with the street light in the night. I paid 54 euros for one night which really high as per the condition of the hotel.

:a pesar que el checkin es solo hasta las 7:00 pm, el responsable da instrucciones precisas para poder acceder si tienes algun aparato elelctronico, lleva un adaptador, olvide mi cargador de USB en otro hotel previo, y no pude encontrar algun puerto para conectar el celular si hablas checo muy bien, lo malo es que aunque hables ingles es dificil que te entiendan el estacionamiento no es parte del hotel, no es tan caro pero los responsables no te ayudan para nada de todas formas la estancia fue muy buena gracias por su hospitalidad

Если у вас совсем нет выбора, и все другие отели заняты, то на одну ночь здесь можно остановиться. Отель очень старый, ремонта не было лет 40. Заштопанные простыни, разваливающаяся мебель, скрипучий пол.Цена слишком высокая для такого жилья. Это худшее жилье, в котором мы останавливались. Все отрицательные отзывы правдивы. Единственное, что удачно это расположение. На трамвае 4 -5 остановок до центра. Трамваи ходят очень часто. Интервалы 7 минут.

Útulný malý hotel s přijemným personálem. Měli jsme tří lůžkový pokoj s vlastní sprchou i toaletou a televizí. Pokoj byl hezký a čistý. Velmi přijemný pobyt i se snídaní. Jen wifi prakticky nefungovala. Za málo pěz hodně muziky.Můžu jen doporučit.
