Great holiday home. Superb location for the beach!!
Donato’s house is great. It’s in a superb location for the beach. The beach is superfine white sand and at the Cala verde end it’s stunning. The house is on a holiday village type arrangement. A play park for toddlers. The house is 2 bedrooms. The second room is small and like a mezzanine but fine for kids. The attraction is location to the beach. It’s quiet and peaceful set in trees. We went in June so quiet season. There aren’t many restaurants nearby. On the complex none at all. A walk along the beach finds you a couple of bars. For eating out head into pula or grab a drink and a bite to eat in a beach bar for a sundowner. The house has everything you need. A garden, an outside hot and cold shower, terrace to eat on and a well equipped kitchen. Upstairs a bathroom, master bedroom and little room. The air conditioning worked well and was quiet. I’d definitely go back. Donato’s spoken English non existent (like my Italian) but my husband can speak Italian to get by and that turned out to be very useful. It’s not luxury but it’s a great find. I hope to go back.

Super sejour
Donato et ana nous ont bien accueilli, leur location était tout près de la plage, dans un endroit calme et agréable. Tout était réuni pour passer une très belle semaine dans le sud ouest de la jolie Sardaigne.

Sehr schönes kleines Ferienhaus
Wir haben sehr spontan in der letzten Oktober Woche das Haus gebucht. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt Spiele, ein Fahrrad, sandspielsachen usw. es ist wirklich alles da was man braucht. Ein schöner Strand ist zu Fuß in 5 min (mit Kleinkind) zu erreichen. Donato und Anna sind sehr freundlich. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Kleines sehr gemütliches Haus in einer Ferienanlage direkt am Meer
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt sogar um 2 Tage verlängert. Die Ferienanlage liegt an einem kilometerlangen feinsandigen Strand. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat eine Terrasse mit kleinem Garten. Die Gastgeber sind Privatleute, die sehr freundlich um unser Wohlergehen bemüht waren.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub
Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, ruhig gelegen. Klein aber fein 😊 für 4 Personen optimal. Das Meer ist in 3 Minuten erreichbar und der Strand ist wunderschön. Wir haben es sehr genossen 🤗 Vielen Dank nochmal an den netten Gastgeber!

Wir hatten einen tollen Familienaufenthalt. Donato hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Er spricht nur italienisch, wir haben trotzdem alles verstanden:). Das Haus ist sehr nett und maritim eingerichtet. Der Platz ist für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder gut ausreichend. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert... bei über 40 Grad im Freien. Utensilien für Strand, Spiele usw. sind ebenfalls frei verwendbar. Auch ein Fahrrad steht zu Verfügung. Dies ist wichtig für den Einkauf im nahen Supermarkt ( gut ausgestattet, für Gebäck aber früh dort sein), da der Parkplatz zwar dabei, aber doch ein paar Minuten entfernt ist. Vor dem Haus darf man max.30min zum Ein-/Ausladen halten. Wird im geschlossenen Arial auch kontrolliert. Leider hat die vorhandenen Pizzeria vor August nur Freitag bis Sonntag geöffnet. Der nahe Strand ist sehr schön, feinsandig und nicht überlaufen. Die Bilder sind übrigens auch wirklich authentisch... wir haben alles genau so vorgefunden. Es ist eine gepflegte, schöne und ruhige Anlage. Wir können dieses Objekt und den Vermieter definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Tutto è stato fantastico.
Super sauberes Haus gut eingerichtet, Gepflegter Garten da kann man sich wohlfühlen. Restaurant in 30m Entfernung so wie der Strand kann man in 5 min zu erreichen . Die Anlage hat 5 Sterne verdient.

Séjour parfait dans un endroit superbe
La maison est nichée dans une pinède très calme, bordée d’arbres et de fleurs et à 200 m à pied d’une super plage. La maison est mignonne et très pratique. Donato et sa femme sont charmants et très attentionnés pour que le séjour se passe bien. Merci à eux !

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen ! Das Haus war komfortabel eingerichtet .
Die Gastgeber/ in waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit . Ich würde die Unterkunft unbedingt weiterempfehlen.Tolle Lage, viel Grün , toller Strand . Die einzige Einschränkung ist, dass noch keine Restaurants , in der Nähe geöffnet hatten, wegen Vorsaison .

Guter und Erholsamer Urlaub
Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist in Ordnung. ( Wasserkocher für Tee wäre zu empfehlen) Die Eigentümer waren bei Problemen sofort zu sprechen und haben diese auch behoben. Bei kälteren Temperaturen abends 15 Grad fehlt ein Heizgerät. Bei der Anfahrt sollte man auf die Anzeige 37,8 km achten, das ist der Punkt wo man abbiegen muss. Kommunikation in Italienisch, wenig English. Mithilfe der symphatischen Eigentümer haben wir dies auch überwunden. Insgesamte Bewertung: gut

We are happy to hearing about your wonderful permanence, that you appreciated the house location and our complete availability and kindness to assist you and solve any problem. The apartment is designed for summer holidays, and since the climate is rather mild even for the rest of the year, it is not equipped with heating, however our guests can take advantage of the air conditioning cold/heat to shoot down the fresh temperatures of the evening. We regret that you preferred not to use these services during your permanence. We are pleased that you appreciate all our efforts to break down mutual language barriers (having a basic level of English, as indicated in the announcement we use Google translate for English communication). Generally, with guests who understand and speak a minimum of English, it is easier understand eachother. We welcome more of your advice, certain that it will be a precious starting point to create a more comfortable holiday place for the next guests.

Schöne Zeit verbracht
Anna und Donato sind richtig nette Vermieter und ihr Haus hat eine super Lage. (Reihenhaus) Nur einen Steinwurf vom Topstrand entfernt in einer gepflegten Ferienanlage mit hohem Pinienbestand. Hier gibt's sogar wild lebende Aras! Leider sind außerhalb der Hauptferienzeit der Pool, die Bar und die Geschäfte der Anlage geschlossen, so daß man doch für jedes Brötchen nach Pula fährt. Dann hat man aber auch den Strand fast für sich allein. Ohne Italienisch Kenntnisse ist der Check in und - Out schwierig.

Tutto bello ma... non tornerò.
Location molto bella con spiaggia e mare veramente di alta qualità. La casa è molto pulita e curata così come lo è tutto il complesso di Comunione Calaverde. I proprietari della casa sono molto gentili. Note deludenti: - il complesso è molto isolato e, quest'anno, senza nessun market, edicola o negozio di prima necessità raggiungibile facilmente. - i rumori per i lavori di manutenzione delle villette sono incessanti e rovinano l'atmosfera di apparente quiete. - i proprietari della villetta in questione anche se gentili ti fanno sentire che sei a casa loro: una mattina intera abbiamo avuto il giardino occupato perché il proprietario doveva tagliare l'erba. Non ha chiesto se disturbasse o meno, ha annunciato che veniva. Il giorno del check-out siamo dovuti uscire obbligatoriamente alle 10.00 (per preparare per gli ospiti successivi) e loro alle 09.30 erano già in casa a pulire con mia figlia e mia moglie ancora in pigiama. Rimane inoltre l'amarezza di sentirsi chiedere In più un importo per consumi elettrici dopo aver bonificato l'importo per il soggiorno. (la motivazione è stata: c'era scritto sull'annuncio). Il che era vero ma toglie ogni desiderio di tornare. PS: zero internet in casa...solo via 4G in giardino e con difficoltà (questo nell'annuncio si sono dimenticati di precisarlo).

Gent.mi Ospite Ci dispiace per le note negative evidenziate nella sua recensione. Tuttavia, mi preme sottolineare che é sempre nostra premura assecondare esigenze e comfort dei nostri ospiti, facendoli sentire a casa. L'annuncio esprime chiaramente che il costo dell'elettricità è da pagarsi a parte, che Internet non é un servizio incluso e l'orario del check out quindi ho difficoltà a capire la sua amarezza. Immagino sia stato in vacanza anche presso altre strutture prima d'ora e, che sappia che gli orari indicati nell'annuncio (check in e check out), cosí come le condizioni di permanenza nello stabile, non sono opzionali. É ovvio che quando possibile, facciamo delle eccezioni previa richiesta degli ospiti. Inoltre, proprio per recare il minor disturbo possibile, vi abbiamo alchiesto la sera prima se potessimo occuparfi della manutenzione del prato e solo previa vostra autorizzazione abbiamo effettuato la pulizia e il taglio. Aggiungo che é stata nostra premura avvisarvi che quest'anno (causa covid-19), il market/edicola del residence sarebbe stato chiuso pur essendocene molteplici altri a poca distanza raggiungibili anche in bici (peraltro messa a diaposizione degli ospiti). Avremmo apprezato che quanto recensito ci fosse stato segnalato di persona alla riconsegna delle chiavi.

Schönes Haus für Urlaub mit Kindern
Das Haus liegt wunderbar in einer Ferienhaussiedlung, die besonders im Herbst sehr ruhig ist. Das Kinderzimmer ist super süß und die Kinder haben es geliebt. Viel Liebe zum Detail in jedem Zimmer, alles da, was man braucht, sogar Spiele. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben uns nach Schwierigkeiten am Flughafen mit einer kleinen Mahlzeit und einer Flasche Wein empfangen. Vielen Dank für die schönen Ferien, gerne nochmal.

La casa si presenta molto bene. all'interno della Comunione Calaverde, quindi all'interno di una zona "protetta" . Dotata di tutti i comfort (frigo, climatizzatore, lavatrice, ferro da stiro e cucina completa di tutto anche microonde. La zona è tranquilla, siamo andati a giugno, vi è un parco per i bimbi, campi da bascket tennis e piscina (a giugno è chiusa). il Mare è poco distante dall'abitazione (consiglio un carrettino per trasportare le cose che il proprietario da in accomodato) altro non saprei

Traumhafter Familienurlaub an einem wunderschönen Ort!
Wir haben mit unserem Sohn (Kleinkind) 11 Nächte in der Feriensiedlung Calaverde verbracht und sind super begeistert! Donato und seine Ehefrau haben uns beide in Empfang genommen und auch verabschiedet - sind zwei sehr angenehme, supernette Menschen. Sie haben auch daran gedacht, dass wir spät am Abend anreisen und nicht mehr die Möglichkeit haben, einzukaufen: Wir fanden Trinkwasser, eine nette Kleinigkeit zu essen und sogar eine Flaschen leckeren Weins vor! Sehr aufmerksam und achtsam. Die Feriensiedlung liegt mitten im Pinienhain, man ist also mitten im Wald! Überall ist es grün und die Luft ist herrlich. Das Haus ist sauber, mit Herz eingerichtet und hat alles, was das Urlaubsherz begehrt! Für unseren Kleinen wurde extra ein Bettchen (liebevoll gedeckt) und ein Kinderstuhl bereitgestellt, was wir ganz toll fanden. Es gibt eine Terrasse und eine Außendusche, zudem auch noch einen Grillplatz und Liegestühle. Und überall Pinienzapfen! :) Zum Strand läuft man 200m und wir waren überrascht, wie leer und schön der weiße Sandstrand war. Im Gelände gibt es auch einen Laden, wo man alles bekommt, was man braucht (inklusive Anti-Moskito-Familien-Sprays ;)) Für uns als Familie war es der ideale Urlaub und wir können es nur mit Herz weiterempfehlen, dort Urlaub zu machen! Ruhiger Urlaub an einem wundervollen Strand
Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Siedlung mit einem traumhaften Strand, der auch im Juli nicht überlaufen war. Das Ehepaar Anna und Donato sind überaus freundliche und verlässliche Vermieter. Das kleine Reihenhaus hat alles was es braucht, einen Garten, Küche mit sämtlichen Gerätschaften, eine Waschmaschine und schräg gegenüber befindet sich eine kleines Restaurant, dessen Pizze sehr empfehlenswert sind. Kleines Manko: im zweiten Schlafzimmer gibt es zwar eine Klimaanlage, aber kein Fenster.

Excellente location très bien située
La propriété est très bien entretenue avec un joli jardin. Très fonctionnelle, elle dispose de tout ce qu’il faut pour passer de très bonnes vacances. Bien située dans une résidence de vacances avec des jeux pour enfants et un petit supermarché à côté, elle permet de découvrir les environs avec une voiture. Paysages et plages magnifiques ! Merci aussi à Donato et sa femme pour l’accueil et la petite attention (bouteille de vin locale + olives offertes) A recommander pour des familles!

Wonderful week close to a very nice beach
We (2 adults and two kids in the age of 5 and 3) had a very nice stay in the house of Donato and his wife Anna. The house is well equipped and has a big patio and a nice and very wellkept garden. Donato and his wife were very friendly and they gave us a warm welcome. The beach is just a short walk away. In the end of May it was beautifully quiet as not many houses were occupied. The neighbourhood is a little bit aged but nevertheless in good condition. It is surrounded by lots of trees and bushes and the houses are covered by the shade of pine trees. With the house comes a bicycle which makes it easy to buy your daily supplies at the nearby supermarket without using the car. We had a great stay and would love to come again!

Sauber, gepflegt, gemütlich
Das Haus hat alles was es braucht. Die Lage ist sehr schön (ca. 5 Min vom Strand weg). In einer schönen Anlage unter Pinienbäumen gelegen. Neue Küche. Übergabe mit Donato hat gut geklappt.

Gezellig huisje op een rustige residence
Ruim een week hebben we (2 volwassen en een kind van 2) doorgebracht in deze leuke woning op een steenworp van het strand Cala Verde. De woning was zeer schoon achtergelaten en de eigenaar Donato is een erg vriendelijke en hulpvaardige eigenaar. De residence Cala Verde is rustig gelegen in de buurt van de stranden van Chia. Op de residence heb je een speelplaats voor kids, een tennisbaan, voetbalveldje en een supermarkt. Kort samengevat was de vakantie geweldig. Grazie ancora Donato!

Ottimo soggiorno a Calaverde
La posizione dell'appartamento molto ben tenuto e pulito é strategica, sia per usufruire dei servizi all'interno del villaggio, sia per gli spostamenti per le spiagge di Chia. Spiaggia di Calaverde raggiungibile a 5 minuti a piedi, molto comoda, struttura su due livelli con aria condizionata al piano superiore. Bel giardino e portico ampio dove poter mangiare comodamente. Proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Consigliato.

Appartamento accogliente pulito ed ordinato
Prima settimana di luglio 2017: l'accoglienza è subito stata delle migliori. Il Sig. Donato e sua moglie sono due persone estremamente gentili ed ospitali. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni confort, fedele alla descrizione. Colpisce, in particolare, la pulizia e l'ordine della casa. La comunione Calaverde è immersa nel verde, ottimamente curata. Vivamente consigliato. Annarita.

Relax e gentilezza
Ci soamo trovati veramente bene nel nostro soggiorno di una settimana a giugno!! Peccato non poter fare piu giorni, casa molto accogliente e proprietari molto gentili! Il villaggio è ben tenuto e vicinissimo alla spiaggia. Ottimo per una vacanza all'insegna del relax!!

Esperienza stupenda, da ripetere sicuramente!
Abbiamo trascorso due settimane nel mese di maggio con un bimbo piccolo. Contesto stupendo, immerso in una pineta a due passi dal mare. Parco giochi per bimbi all'interno del residence e market vicino, raggiungibile a piedi. I proprietari sono stati davvero gentilissimi e disponibili in tutto. La casa è come descritta in internet, con ogni comfort e ampia veranda ottima per mangiare fuori!

Graziosa villetta a Cala Verde.
ho trascorso due settimane nell'appartamento del Signor Donato con la mia famiglia ed abbiamo apprezzato molto l'accoglienza e le premure dei padroni di casa. la sistemazione è inserita in un contesto piacevole ed ha una veranda con giardinetto dove si può comodamente cenare, gli spazi sono fedeli alla descrizione ed alle foto dell'annuncio. l'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario, compresi lavatrice, microonde, e TV). la spiaggia è raggiungibile con una breve camminata attraversando il villaggio di Calaverde. Ci siamo trovati bene, unica nota negativa è che l'appartamento è su due piani rendendolo poco pratico con bimbi piccoli ed il piano superiore è caldo nonostante sia presente l'aria condizionata.

Ottimo posto dove rilassarsi.
Con la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso due settimane bellissime in questa casa all'interno di questo verissimo e tranquillissimo "villaggio". Siamo stati accolti come persone di famiglia dai gentilissimi proprietari che ci hanno messo a disposizione tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. La casa è "piccola" tuttavia perfetta per 3/4 persone. La consiglierei soprattutto per famiglie con bambini. C'è un bel giardino una bella veranda dove si può mangiare. All'interno del villaggio le macchine non possono circolare se non a passo d'uomo e solo per carico e scarico. C'è un comodo parcheggio privato. Il mare si raggiunge a piedi. Volendo con una spesa ridicola si può usufruire della piscina. Vicino c'è un market fornito. Non sarebbe stato male un ristorantino all'interno della struttura. Grazie ancora ai proprietari.
