"The payment process. I had to ring up expedia to clarify. It seemed like i was been charged by the property upon arrival. By ringing expedia they were able to find out that they were charging the expedia virtual card. There was no need for the property to have me sit there while the virtual card was been charged. However, the place is somewhat over-priced. We booked for five but couldn't get a discount when it showed that we would only be four there. This was within the cancellation limit. The communicarion with the host was unpleasant and hesitant in this process."
