The service is the one of amateurs with a bad attitude.
I had a reservation to spend the initial portion of my honeymoon at your establishment. I had specifically requested, if possible, a desirable unit with a pleasing view. To my astonishment, upon our arrival, there was no one present to welcome us. Furthermore, the apartment we were assigned faced another building, and we did not receive the half-board dinner and lunch that we had paid for. At first the lady of the restaurant denied us and asked us to wait for a long time while people are being served saying she has no information about our stay later when she came saying that we only have 1 night which is wrong . After 1h of rude behavior we decided to leave . I contacted Khadija, the individual designated as our point of contact, she informed me that all units were fully booked and that the decision-making authority rested solely with the manager, leaving her unable to provide any assistance.
For parking at first they asked us to put our car in spot 40 and after 2h they sent us a message saying no we have to move our car to spit 42 .
This situation has left us feeling neglected and disregarded, reflecting poorly on the management's concern for customer satisfaction and the delivery of advertised services. Given the lack of responsiveness from the contact person, I will now pursue an official complaint with Expedia
