All around great experience. 10mins to shopping center and eateries. Right behind gas station and close to highway. Nice plac. Would consider staying again

It was quiet and clean. There was another door right next to the elevator so we didn’t have to use the main entrance every time. The gas station is also near the property which also sells convenience products. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast too.

Very nice, clean. Excellent breakfast. Only down side is the pillows.

Check in was difficult, albeit a busy check in day. Rooms were not available at 3:30pm. Staff kept suggesting it would be another 5 or 10 mins, when the reality was the rooms would be available much later. Had to leave and check in late at night. Even though we were there for 4 days it was not communicated to us that it was required to respond to a daily text to have your room cleaned and have fresh towels. Only found out policy after missing out on getting the room serviced. I felt the staff could have been more friendly and customer service oriented. Other than these concerns a most beautiful facility.

Our room and common area was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and respectful. I liked the complimentary coffee and tea station.

Excellent facility. Good stay but was disappointed with the lack of pressure in the hand held shower. Also, there was no channel guide available on the TV, A minor inconvenience. Otherwise a great stay.

The staff are phenomenal, and the services and food were awesome too! The only issue is the bed is just not soft enough, and the pillows are too soft, kind of wish it was a bit in the reverse.

The rooms were very spacious... Suites which had a nice living room area and kichen. It was the perfect location for us, since we were in town for the NY Ranger/Hurricanes game at the PNC Center. Breakfast in the morning was better than most. Had choices of waffle flavors, and the usual scrambled eggs and sausage and biscuits and oatmeal and such.

Our only complaint was the bed and pillows. Bed was firm and uncomfortable, neither my husband nor I slept well. Pillows were flat and could use better options. Toilet required double flush each time, but worked I guess. Everything else was good, although we did not partake in breakfast.

I had to book via Expedia as the Hilton Honors App was not working. So this does not count towards my member status, aka no perks.
At least stay was courteous and treated me well even if I booked through Expedia.
Been here a few times due to it's proximity to a well known opthalmologist surgeon. Property is well run, clean and mostly quiet.
