"We typically stay in Ferdinand every year for a family reunion. We weren't able to stay at our normal place this year and found this on a whim. It was absolutely perfect. My mother was with us and I had a recent knee injury. Everything was easy in and out, the layout was also convenient. It is certainly in an area that we call God's Country, but the STARS you see at night are worth it! Amazing. The cozy porch was perfect for star gazing or morning coffee. We had a fawn and a hummingbird join us...

The house was immaculate and it is equipped with everything you would have in your home. Joanne and her family are wonderful hosts. "Very nice cabin with well-equipped kitchen. A few other cabins in the vicinity and a convenience store nearby. Other than that, nature. We enjoyed hiking, the hot tub, and the whirlpool bath. There is no WiFi but a collection of DVDs and even VHS, but we didn’t get around to watching any. Lots of games as well."

"We had a short stay for a family get-together in Perry County. We were just two adults, but were happy to each have our own room. The apartment was welcoming and very clean. When communicating with Michelle she responded very quickly and was friendly and helpful. The apartment is comfortable, and is convenient to the many cute shops and restaurants in downtown Tell City as well as walking distance to the river walk park area. Perfect! Thank you."

"We unfortunately had to book this stay for a family funeral. This place is amazing and I will absolutely book again. It was large & spacious. The bakery across the street is amazing! We loved all the food options within walking distance. I read some reviews about street noise. I'm a light sleeper so I put a white noise app on my phone and had no problems. Plenty of clean towels and sheets!"

"This property was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed at. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was nice, although the lighting over the sink wasn't great. The breakfast bar offered many choices and it was well stocked. Everything just looked very clean and well maintained. We stayed in room 325, and I meant to mention to the front desk that the dead bolt would not slide into place when we tried to lock the door. We liked the big bath towels and the mattresses and bedding were so comfortable. If I had anything to suggest, it would be some signage next to road to show where to turn into the property. We weren't sure where to turn. We ended up on some kind of access road that ran between the hotel and the main highway. That wasn't the right way to go. We tried turning into the McDonalds, thinking a road from their parking lot might exist to get over to the hotel. No luck! We finally found the road to turn onto, and had we used our GPS, it probably would have led us to that correct road; but we could see the hotel and thought we could surely find our way to the front entrance. Just a sign next to the drive would have been nice. Anyways, just a thought from a senior citizen! Thank you for your hospitality and pleasant stay."
