"The hotel is beautiful, but for the second time we had issues with stings not working. The first time the sink was clogged and they didn’t have staff to fix it, this last time the entry light in the bedroom wouldn’t turn off and I had to remove the can trim so we could sleep…again, maintenance wasn’t available to fix it. Neither time were we compensated for the inconvenience "

"The property is divided into two buildings, the Inn side which I am assuming are your standard rooms and the Suites which is right across the street. We stayed in a one bedroom suite and it was great. It’s not fancy but suited our needs perfectly. It was clean and for being in the city really quiet. Black out curtains were a huge plus . It had a small two burner cooktop which we would have used if we were staying longer. Its close proximity to NW 23rd which is where they have amazing restaurants...

Part of my stay was w/out transportation & it’s in a rough area with not much of note around unless you walk 30 minutes.
