The hotel property was SOLD so that it could be turned into apartments two weeks before our reservation and we were not notified. Arrived to the hotel to find it CLOSED. Had to book a different hotel at the last minute. Expedia won't refund my money for a hotel room it sold me, yet I was not available for me to stay in.

This place was FILTHY. Inside and out. The lock to enter the building after hours was broken and stayed unlocked. The area was in a sketchy part of Reno and we were afraid our car would be stolen. The bedding was dirty and not washed. We were on the ground floor and it had a sliding glass door going outside which had a broken doorknob which spun around. There was a stick in the track to keep it closed. NEVER again. And I feel Expedia was part of the fraud by posting the photos that showed otherwise.

There was mismatched carpet, the elevator had writing all over the inside and you could see through the doors. Disability accommodation on the fourth floor. Stepping inside all i could smell was chemicals, no window screens. Does not have a pool or hot tub. This hotel is nothing like the website states it is.

We enjoyed our stay - however, we are not very picky people and did not spend a lot of time in the room. The staff were all nice, but the room could have been cleaned a little better. The walls are VERY thin and we could hear everything happening in the rooms on either side of us - that was entertaining and disgusting all at the same time.

Hallways looked like horror movie, but the rooms were ok. There was no way to call the front desk - room phone didn’t work and no one answered when I called directly. You had to walk to it. It was a nice touch when I asked to stay another night because I wasn’t feeling well, and they kicked me out. Really. Find another place. It’s not as nice as the pictures make it seem.

The person that check us was very rude.The couch was do dirty I wouldn't sit on it. The carpet was gross I left my shoe's on. I price for the should of been $68 per the price on the door of the room and expedia charges me $139.00. Expedia says the are the cheapest and I find out the over charged. I would tell you don't use this app.

We actually (along with other guests at the property) did not stay here after viewing the accommodations. This place needs to be condemned. It was dirty, scary, the doors to get in were damaged and not locked. It was the worst place I have seen in years. We canceled our reservation and went elsewhere.

This was the ultimate dump of a hotel. As a former hotelier, this would be unacceptable on so many levels. From the horrific customer service & housekeeping, torn curtains & towels, stained sheets & towels, ripped up lamp shades, TV channels that don't match the actual channel, no sport channels, bathroom lights that were out and requested replacement but no one showed up, running out of towels for all hotel guests, clock displays that were all wrong, mildew in the shower, painters tape left on heat lamp and light in the bathroom after the paint was literally slapped on, no breakfast because the shipment didn't arrive. All in all absolutely pathetic. Then to attach Wyndham to it, is worse for them!!

Girl at the front desk greeted me with a nod. Not even a hello. Hotel itself is not up to date. Stains on the carpet and toilet water ran all night. Doors slamming all night and morning. Sounds like a car hitting the side of the building every hour. It was a place to lay our heads and the location was convenient. Then again, could be a lot worse.

The women at the front desk were very rude. Barking orders to us about if we needed anything we would have to contact the hotel next door. And the continental breakfast offered was also at the hotel next door. Very dated hotel.

There's graffiti in the elevators, the lamp shades were stained, the air conditioner was extremely noisy that you had to turn it off and then the room temp was uncomfortable. The shower temperature was inconsistent, you set the temperature then one moment goes freezing cold to scalding hot. The area is noisy, so not a good location.

It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There were no employees on site, The room was dirty. The TV did not work. The only things in the room that were clean were the bed linens and bathroom. The water came out scalding hot from both sides. The hotel was being run by the Quality Inn which was next door. The employees there took their own sweet time answering the phone & were NOT customer friendly. (This was limited to the day shift.) On the evening of the 2nd day, after speaking with an employee at the Quality Inn, I was told the Quality Inn had an agreement with Baymont to allow people at Baymont who desired to move to get the same rate ate Quality that they were promised at Baymont. No one had told me this previously even though I had expressed desire to move if the rate was the same. As soon as I was told that the rate at Baymont would be honored. I moved to a more acceptable room at Quality Inn.

Did not have hand towels in our room and when we went to the hotel next door they were extremely rude and told me they did not have any to give. Worst experience with motels ever
It was the worst place ever, i uad a reservation and they wouldnt let me check in using my credit card or cash for the deposit. But didnt tell me this until after waiting around for an hr in the lobby.Wirh about 10 other people, the staff was rude there were complaints about the rooms being dirty while i waited, and I was visiting there from out of town, my boyfriend was on a pass from a program he was in and i only had 3 hrs to spend with him and we wernt granted an early check in like most other motels so we had to kill an hr so we went to gamble and lost $500 then waited and hr to be told i cant check in anyways, then drove around to find a motel 30 min before my boyfriend had to return to the program. They charged me $92.81 for the room on June 20th, still waiting for my refund on Oct 8th. They shouldnt yake ur money of they wont let u check in. They want a $200 deposit upon checo in that they dont tell u about, but I wouldnt pay a dime to stay in a nasty unfriendly, dirty place like that. Id rather sleep in the dirt outside and keep my money

We had to change rooms three times because of uncleanliness, black mold in the bathroom/shower, non-working A/C, curtains that weren’t on their hooks and wouldn’t close, and finally a key card lock that didn’t work. Terrible experience.

Horrible, worst place ever!
Dingy and In poor repair. Sink hot and cold water backwards. No sink stopper, no tub stopper. No hot water in morning. A/C control knobs broken. No tv remote. Refrigerator full of previous users beverages. “Breakfast” was a cold egg and sausage sandwich. Door to exterior would not close nor lock (near room 255). Motorcycle club nearby, somewhat noisy. WiFi kept failing.

Terrible stay never again
Very disappointed room was dingy beds said queens but were fulls and they were so worn and used so uncomfortable bedspread had stains on it. On our last night dropped something on the floor went to look for it looked under the bed and found dog or cat poop under it so it had been there the whole time, they gave us a different room and only offerd us 30% off for the last night. Ive stayed at other baymonts and was satisfied with our stay but this one was abysmal and if i was Wyndham i would be embarrassed to claim it. Will never stay at it ever again. Plus had to go to the Quality next to it to check in and needed fresh towels and had to wait for the front desk to hunt some down.

Filthy!! new pait for pictures!!. old old building. no office ran through quality inn. Hang on to the bed sides or your sleeping down hill towards the middle. Carpet stained through out, dirt rolling out of every corner. On the upside quality pillows.

The room was adequate however nobody at front desk had to go to adjoining property and then the elevator was extremely dirty. In the middle of the night some kind of noise from what it sounded was like a machine or something that was going for a least 2 hours. There was no breakfast which was advertised. I would not stay there again!!

Terrible service and it was disgusting. I wouldn’t even take a shower or get under the blankets. The toilet ran the entire time with an annoying ringing sound. The only way to drown that out was shut the door and turn up the tv.

This room was not clean nor was the bathroom. The toilet was leaking and runing continus all night.The door did not shut or lock securely. The shower was disgusting, the shower handles where leaking and ready to fall off. The furniture was stained and dirty, a/ c did not work and none of the hand sanitizers worked. I feel that this location was not up to the CDC covid-19 guidelines and standards.
