Me and my wife visited Reno for our first time and really enjoyed our stay at the Pepper Mill Resort. The property was in excellent condition and the room was very spacious. We would definitely recommend this particular Hotel to other travelers.

Paid a large amount of money for a room and were given a subpar room. We live in Reno and used the Peppermill for our weekend getaway when we can get a babysitter. We were told by valet to park the motorcycle in a yellow slash spot at the end of a parking spot. Did so and woke up to a warning about parking. I can safely say any friends and family that come to town will now be told to use the Atlantis. We will no longer be returning to the Peppermill as well. Very disappointed in this resort

The coffee machine in the room was broken. The room is very nice, new and clean. We saw someone arrested at the pool yesterday for stealing tips that were left on tables.

I love the Peppermill. I remember when it was a tiny restaurant. Something about this place is so relaxing and cool. Staff is super nice. Everything you need is downstairs. Spendy, but what isn't now-a-days.

So I think I need to just avoid peppermill at this point. Two times in a row we have had bad experiences. First… we book, we expect to pay a resort fee.. but then we paid a crazy huge deposit on top of that. Like I’m okay with a deposit but you have my credit card on file. They closed the pool bar and snack bar which again, I could deal with, but they wouldn’t allow us to order in pizza because it wasn’t from the peppermill. Like okay I wanted to order from the snack bar but we couldn’t. Again, oh well I’ll deal. Our room was supposed to be a suite and we got a dirty basic room. They did switch us but not without complaining. Like bro I’ll stay home if I have to stay in a gross room. But if I cancelled I’d be charged anyway… We then go by the gift shop and get a 6 pack of modelo to take back to our room.. we stopped at biscottis to grab some food because we were legit starving after running back and forth from our room to the front desk to another room to the pool to the bar… all in under an hour. So we go to biscottis. The waiter comes in and tells us we better not get rowdy. Umm sir I don’t even drink. My husband and his friend do. Whatever.. the food was pretty okay .. I remembered it being better before. So we took the rest to go. The bed was comfortable and the kid that was in charge of room service was so amazing! When we went out to look for the aurora borealis there were some security guards taking down someone that was breaking into cars. They were all really nice.

All good except the website information on Tuscany suite is misleading. I ordered a suite but received one bedroom with two beds. It included a large bathroom with two sinks. Suite to me means a bedroom area and a seating area. I did not ger the seating area.

We really enjoyed our dining experiences from both the Steakhouse and Italian restaurants. Our room was very clean, luxurious, and spacious. The casino is great in size and has a variety of options for everyones needs. Looking forward to coming back!

What a beautiful Resort! Peppermill was more than we expected. The staff consistently smiles. Matt made our day at check in assisting with our many questions and the Bell staff and Drivers were friendly and kind.

At check in I was given the wrong room number. Wasted time trying to find the wrong room and even more frustrating trying to open the wrong door! Had to return to front desk and was told the correct number. Elevator was a joke trying to find out where you were. My first and last time staying at this hotel.
