Always a great stay. Great location, close to nearby shopping and restaurants. It’s a bonus there’s a pool and breakfast. Check in and out a breeze.

Was not informed of construction the room next to mine was being rebuilt every day they were replacing all concrete and windows on first floor concrete jackhammering daily. The bathroom has no ventilator fan and smelled like someone else's poo every day. Stayed over 10 days and they never even changed the sheets once or serviced room Broken glass windows scattered by entrance. Unsafe Then a false fire alarm they made us all stand in the cold to someone could drive over and reset. Also in write up on property I think they said free washers and dryers for guests there not over 14.00 us for one load

Centrally located and closed to shopping and dining facilities. Very convenient to get to any out of town locations from Reykjavík. Only issue was insufficient ventilation and too noisy in the apartment building and due to lots of construction work in the area.
