"We had a great long weekend in this property with friends for a birthday celebration. The host was very helpful and communicative and helped us organise a wine tasting for the evening we arrived. The property had ample space for us and for the children in our group to play and explore. The rooms were tidy and well equipped. Would recommend."

"We had a week-long family gathering for Mom's 92nd birthday - with 4 generations present. Clean and spacious, the villa accommodated all of us comfortably. The warm September weather allowed us to enjoy the pool, as well as the sauna. While a bit far from Rimini center, proximity to a couple nearby villages provided many local restaurant choices. And finally, Luca was quick and very attentive to our needs and questions."

"We had 12 staying in this villa for a week and it was amazing! The two villas worked well (1 with 4 doubles, 1 with 2 doubles) and the pool and garden area was amazing. The villa was a 5 min drive from Fano which we were pleasantly surprised to find out was lovely. The beach was a 15 minute walk away and the host Valentina was amazing. Would definitely stay again!"

Nestled in old world Italy, surrounded by quaint countryside towns, we found the area to be iconically surreal. Although our trip was marred with climactic tragedy, the one bright spot of our travel through the Emilia Romagna was staying in the beautiful hilltop villa of Le Orchidee. A definite must if you are traveling within this region of Italy! Highly Recommend!!!!! La casa offriva splendide...

"On était un grand groupe avec des enfants. On a adoré la maison. Elle est située un peu en dehors de la ville mais très tranquille. La propriétaire nous a beaucoup aidé et a était super avec nous."

"Die Villa ist sehr groß und hat ausreichend Zimmer und Betten. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kimder (6, 7 und 8 Jahre). Der Pool hat eine gute Größe zum Schwimmen und ist für die Kinder zum Plantschen perfekt. Cindy hat uns einen selbstgebackenen Kuchen gebracht, der super geschmeckt hat. Auch eine Kiste mit lokalen Produkten (Brot, Käse, Salami, Tomaten, Salat) von den Bauern in der Umgebung gab es auch geschenkt. "The owners were friendly and welcoming and offered great advice and help. The property was in a very good condition with stunning views from the lower veranda and pool area. We were very happy with our stay, the only thing to catch us out is that we didn’t realise there was no internal access between the upper flat and the lower flat, which resulted in us only benefiting from the downstairs area as there was only 5 of us. But overall we were very happy here."

"Magnificent!!!! Palazzo Serre, in San Leo, is absolutely stunning. The views from the home are incredible of the rolling hills and the various mountain tops. As for the interior, the furniture and amenities are plenty and the beds are extremely comfortable. Also, it was so nice to have a bathroom attached to each bedroom which provided for great privacy. The 11 of us really enjoyed our time at the house and we look forward to returning next year to enjoy the new pool."

"The week spent in this house was truly a great week. The house is beautiful and practical, the pool is big, clean and does not contain too much chlorine. It possible to play table tennis, table football and football. There are enough bathrooms, two kitchens and swings for the kids. The sea and the city Pesaro are not too far away. Last but not least, the hosts are very nice. The fridge was filled when we arrived and they made delicious pizza for us. Definitely recommendable!"

"First of all I would like to thank Cinzia and Loredana for having us. They were incredibly nice, available at any time and gave us great tips. Even DH Villa, Andreas, took care of us and asked if we needed anything. All in all a perfect service. The house is beautiful and the garden is big and just wonderful with a great pool. The view over Pesaro to the adriatic sea from the terrace/patio is incredible! All rooms were clean, towels and sheets were available. The kitchen was very well...
