"Two clear positives: 1) location is supreme - right in the heart of the old town and yet insulated from all the street noise; 2) the unit is large, bright and clean.
Two major negatives, which forced to leave on the second day: 1) the building's garbage bins are at the bottom of the stairs and the stench was felt all the way to the fourth floor where the unit is located, to the point where we had to hold our breath and pinch our noses to make it to our door; 2) it's the fourth floor in the...

"We have stayed at the Pullman Riga before and had experienced noise between rooms and from the room above but due to a lack of accomodation availability and the renovation that had apparently occurred between stays we decided to give it another chance. On returning to our room to room in the evening ~10:30 we were greeted by the noise of screaming children from the adjacent room and regular noise from the room above. Hotel staff were very helpful in relocating us to a quieter room in the other wing of the hotel but on rising the following morning there was noise again from the room above. This just appears to be an issue with this property that may never be resolved. Aside from that it is a clean and tidy hotel in a great location with helpful staff."
"I stayed 3 nights at the end of May 2026 with a room upgrade with a view of the old town.. unfortunately I could see very little through the trees (room 509). However the room itself was spacious, clean and comfortable. The complimentary mineral water and coffee machine were a nice touch. The surrounding area seemed quiet and it was a calm haven after busy days sightseeing. All the staff I came into contact with were super polite and as helpful. Definitely recommend"
