Our stay at Paradise Beach Hotel was fantastic!! The entire team is welcoming, hospitable, super friendly and ready to help with whatever you need. The hotel restaurant has great food options and everything we ordered was amazing! Marvin sets up the beach every day and without us asking he had us set up for the day with beach chairs, umbrella and towels. Really can’t give enough praise to the passion he has for his job and for the guests staying at Paradise Beach. We will definitely be back!!

If one wants to take a hot shower for more than 2 minutes then this is not the hotel you want to stay in. We found out that each room has a 5 gallon capacity for hot water. Both my husband and myself were in Roatan for a wedding and changed rooms 3 times looking for a decent shower. Had to change hotels. Not happy. Otherwise it was clean and property well kept except there was no place to wash sand off your feet before entering the hotel, thus sand all over the lobby and elevator and room Yuk

Room was average. Balcony was nothing like picture. Shower and sink water are salty. No soap or shampoo holder in shower. You have to reach to sink to get your soap and shampoo while showering. Oceanic rooms do not have outdoor showers to rinse off sand prior to entering your room. Breakfast was just ok. You will finish your breakfast before they serve you coffee or juice. Overall was an ok stay.

El servicio en general deja muchísimo que desear, el servicio y atención del bar es TERRIBLE!!! La persona que tenian que se llama Esther, peleando con compañeros y clientes todo el servicio, muy mala atención de su parte!!! Mi sugerencia es que en días fuertes hayan mas de 2 bartenders. Tyron muy bueno al igual que Erika y Ermelinda. Contraten mas personas como ellos.
