Hola, gracias por dejar un comentario. Pedimos disculpas por lo que sucedió con la puerta, pero ciertamente no quedas afuera, te proporcioné ... Sin embargo, VOleov lo sabe, ¿por qué escribió que no puede cocinar si solo reservó una habitación sin uso de la cocina? En ninguna parte está escrito que proporcionamos una cocina disponible para los clientes. Esto es muy extraño. Lamentamos que haya entendido mal, tal vez le sugerimos que lea mejor los servicios incluidos.

Salve, la ringrazio per la sua review, sono tenuto a spiegare meglio due cose: la prima, è che la tassa di soggiorno non può essere inclusa nel prezzo della struttura ricettiva, quindi non avrebbe trovato alcuna struttura vantaggiosa basandosi su quanto da lei indicato, tra l'altro è anche specificato bene che la tassa di soggiorno è esclusa ma evidentemente non legge attentamente prima di prenotare. La seconda cosa che voglio farle notare è che non siamo un Hotel! Anche questo è specificato in molte parti sul nostro listing. Purtroppo ricevere un voto non positivo per la disattenzione del cliente è una cosa poco piacevole, l'unica cosa che mi auguro è che grazie a lei, i prossimi clienti leggano la sua recensione e la mia risposta.
