This was last October, the owner was very nice and accommodating and helpful as there was an issue but she helped resolve the issue.

Everything is perfect! Easy to check in. The room is big and very comfortable. So convinient, just located a few step away from train station.

We spent 2 nights in this apartment on the last 2 nights of December. The apartment was very cold at night and although we contacted the staff several times, they did not do anything about it. The temperature in the room must have been around 19C so when we were in the hotel we had to stay in bed under the covers to get warm. This is not acceptable. The wifi was very flaky and did not work well either.

The location was perfect, only steps away from Rome Termini, and the room was wonderful! Very clean, large room with comfortable bed. The staff was extremely helpful. I cannot wait to stay again! Thank you for helping make my first time in Rome a truly memorable experience.

Great location - you get what you pay for
We got what we paid for: convenient location by Termini station, clean rooms although a bit noisy as we were right beside the lifts. Area was ok for the convenience factor. Only questionable part is that the water temperature for sink and shower changes from ok to cold to hot with no warning. Seems like an old pipe issue as no one was flushing the toilet
