This property is ideally located and just a short walk from the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. There are many restaurants and cafes within minutes.

Paid extra for breakfast, first day told it wasn’t included. Also had VIP bottle of wine, had to ask 4 times for it. Did not give us our room upgrade. I wouldn’t stay here again with all the other options and annoyance of having to ask for things I paid for already or were promised.

It makes me sad thinking about this hotel. We booked a superior room for 3 nights. We ended up staying for only one night and had to move to a different hotel. Bed sheets were dirty, used and opened body wash left in the shower, and there was a mold in the shower which the front desk said was pattern on marble, not mold…fan was not working in the bathroom which they did not come by to fix. Pictures are photoshopped and the room did not look as nice. I’m just deeply saddened as I write this review because this was our honeymoon and I regret booking this place in the first place.

Great location but it was hotel staff that were mostly impressive - super friendly and accommodating. Would recommend this hotel for its location, rooms being clean and staff super nice. Note that if your room faces the street rather than the courtyard it’s going to be somewhat noisy to sleep with an open window.

Perfectly situated. Walkable to all the main places. Vatican was 35 mins away. Colosseum 25. Trevi 8mins and spainsh steps 5 mins. Had the most wonderful time in Rome. Would highly recommend Boutique centrale palace hotel.

The staff were very friendly and courteous. The hotel was in a lively part of the city and a lovely bathtub. Would like to please ask that there is more space in the bathroom is set other toilerties down and in the shower.

Such a lovely place to stay when in Rome It’s located in the hub of almost everything that would be on your itinerary. This meant we could pop in for a break and drop of shopping and pick up brollys when it started to rain. Lots of options to shop (high to mid end) and places to eat too! The junior suite was spacious with a separate bath and shower. View from window was to street and the room service breakfast was phenomenal! Ariel was our host and she was extremely helpful, answered all our questions and checked to ensure our early morning can was booked. Would recommend and I will definitely book again on next visit to Rome

Location , location , location ! The room was beautifully designed , but it lacked some simple things like a hook for your robe or a shelf for a shampoo.

EXCELLENT location--Great for Solo Travelers
This is a great hotel with a warm and friendly staff. You couldn't ask for a better location--just a few yards away from one of Rome's main shopping streets--the door is next to the Ralph Lauren Polo store. Metro stop is close by and there are also a lot of great restaurants. You would think that location would be noisy, but it wasn't. Having a hotel that is so central is a real convenience--you can stop in during the day, drop off your shopping bags, take a little nap and use the bathroom (there aren't a lot of bathrooms in Rome). As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe there (and safe in Rome in general). The room was nice--just like the pictures. The bath was updated and modern. I stayed there for 5 days and toward the end, it was so inviting and comfortable that I forgot that I didn't live there :)

Avoid this hotel
Worst hotel ever Paid for a suite room and they put you on level 1 The windows were fully closed and yet we could hear so much noises coming from street level Told the hotel we do not want level one so that we could avoid the noises and were told that suites are only only level 1!!! There was also no ventilation in the room So for the whole night , we had to deal with stuffiness and noises Worst stay ever

Overall the property was nice and we liked our room. Breakfast in the room was a very nice perk. Good location, next to a lot of shopping and restaurants. The only issue we had was when we came back to our room, and the cleaning staff left a clearly used cleaning sponge on top of all of my toiletries in the shower. If it wasn’t for this, I would have said the property was clean.

The location of this hotel is perfect and central to all the shopping in Rome. The Trevi Fountain is a short 5-7 min walk and the Spanish steps are also approximately a 5-7 minute walk. It is in a very transited area but the room inside was quiet. Pretty easy to get a taxi as there were 2 main taxi zones within a 3 min walk. The room was average. I booked a deluxe room and the room was very small and had no view. My view was a wall and other rooms, at least some sun light peaked through the windows. It was decent for just my wife and I since we were out exploring most of our stay. The room was also very clean other than a random wet towel that was in the shower. It was also a modern set up. The only issue I had was I could hear other room doors being shut and sometimes you can hear water running from behind the walls. Other than the above our stay was perfect and the staff was helpful and friendly. They also held our bags for a few hours after check out.

You can’t get a better location than this! Hotel is so conveniently located to so many of the main sights in Rome. Rome is such a walkable city and this hotel is very centrally located to everything. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had round beds and a see through bathroom wall, so you’ll be very familiar with your significant other after this vacation! Would definitely stay here again!

Three words: DO NOT BOOK! Chose this hotel because of the 9 rating. Did not expect to wait 10 minutes for staff to show up at reception. The room felt like the set of The Shining it was really creepy. There was exposed electric wiring, uneven floors and scuffed walls. Only good thing was the breakfast served in the room. Booked and paid for the room for 4 nights. Left the next day for another hotel.

From the time of checking in to checking out, we (myself and two teenagers) had a fabulous time at this hotel. The entire team was welcoming and supportive. The Breakfast box each morning we preordered was great so we did not had to go scrambling for food. The hotel is located at the center of everything in the City Center/Centre. We stayed in the junior suite; the room was clean and the beds were big and comfy, even the oversized twin sofa bed was nice to have for my son. It was a short walk to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, restaurants and many historical sites; and for those shopaholics, this is the location you want to be at!! Travelling with two teens (15 snd 17 year old), who does not like to walk a lot was a perfect location to bed at. We took Uber to and from the Roman Colosseum and the Vatican tours which ranged from 13-15 euros for a 13-15 mins drive (walking was about 28-35 mins).
