Friendly small boutique hotel.
We have 2 rooms and the weathers was extremely hot, the air conditioning is not sufficient during day time when we get back around 4-5 pm , I would suggested extra portable fan to help if the weather is around 36 for future guests.

Wonderful Small Hotel!
This was a beautiful hotel! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful! Very spacious! The location was perfect and right next to the Spanish Steps. I would recommend the hotel!

The guest house is in a fantastic location and therefore within walking distance of many of the major tourist attractions. Despite its central location, by night it sits on a quiet street so noise is not an issue. The host and staff are very attentive and ensured my stay was as comfortable as possible. I would definitely consider staying at the guest house again

Location great, dont change dates!
So this place had very nice staff, but I accidentally booked an extra night and 3 days before my trip they wouldnt let me cancel a room sat empty and a large amount of my money went to waste. Location is amazing cant beat it I travel europe quote a bit for business, clean and well kept. Except I got bitten by a large spider 4 times on my face ended uup needing medical attention upon checkout after that evening. All in all great location! Would have liked a bit more of a bend of the night that wasnt occupied

Staff were very nice. But unfortunately there were no staff or front desk in the Annex. Check out was a bit inconvenient to still go out and go to the next street where the main guesthouse is located just to return the keys. Garbage bins in corridor were stinky and there were days when garbage were scattered in stairs & corridors. Clogged shower & sink drains. Toilet bowl, carpet & floor looks dirty. Kettle is really dirty.

Dear Mr L., Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you did not find your stay comfortable. Let me point out that it was your choice to stay in our annex room, which is located one small block away from our main guest house. If we knew that walking down 100 meters to return the keys was so unconvenient for you we would have collected them personally. Since there are other people living in the building where our annex room is located, bins are necessary to collect garbage. We collect our garbage daily and try our best to keep the corridor (which is a common space) clean, but we can't do anything about it if other people are not respectful of the place. We could have intervened for the issues in the room if only they had been made present at the moment of your stay. Or at least we could have tried to move you to a different room. Regards

Excellent location by Spanish Steps & metro
There are many places to visit in Rome and the location could not have been better. Lots of restaurants close by, so never had to walk far for dinner.

Nasty rooms .
We stayed nasty room. Toilet water did not stop all night. Shower has mildew all over. At night dog was barking. We also saw colonie of Ants next to the bed. Stuff was very nice but not a good experience.

Wonderful Rome Hotel
The staff at this hotel couldn't have been nicer and the location coudln't have been more central. The building was 400+ years old with charm and character. We had a great experience here and would most certainly come back again!!

Lovely little hotel, fantastic location.
We came to the Rome for 3 nights and the hotel staff have been incredibly helpful, giving us ideas and directions of were to go in Rome. The room had a little wear and tear in places but was well furnished, very clean and comfortable. There were a fair few steps to the room but we were kindly helped with our bags. The hotel is in the fashion district and right around the corner from the Spanish steps and only a few minutes walk from the Trevi fountain, both worth seeing, with places to eat and drink all around. There is also stops for bus tours near by. A great place to stay.

Amazing time as always
This hotel is amazing! Every time we come to Rome we stay here. The staff is so accommodating and easy going. Also the location is perfect! 5 min from the Spagna metro stop and less than a minute from Via Del Corso shopping and the Spanish steps. so many nice little restaurants all around too. The price for this place is always great too. Spagna inn charming house is also a great old style Italian feeling place rather than staying at some name brand place.

We were in a separate building from the regular hotel, which was a bit odd. There was an elevator in our building but not in the main hotel. The main hotel had very steep steps, so I imagine it would be difficult to climb if you had a heavy suitcase. The walls were really dirty, the TV did not work, and the faucet made a really loud noise every time it was turned on. It was in a nice location, but that was really the only upside.

Great location
Airport pickup straight to InnSpagna and you realise you're driving straight towards the Spanish Steps before the car turns off down a side road and pulls over - the location is perfect. So close to the Spanish Steps and easy to walk everywhere in Rome. Met by George who gave us a quick orientation and pointed us in the direction of the best pasta and pizza nearby. All staff really friendly and helpful. Rooms are all up a flight of steep-ish steps so not for the less mobile or with huge heavy bags. Room was comfortable - tea/coffee making facilities, safe and TV all appreciated. Slightly on the small side but you're not in Rome to sit in the room and I expect you won't find much better elsewhere. Bathroom had everything you need, although a bit dated and shower was also a bit of a squeeze. Overall a great experience in Rome and if you're looking for somewhere safe, comfortable and central I would definitely recommend InnSpagna.

Good location. Staff are very nice. But our room need to be updated. Shower bin is very small, i am very small person but still hit the glass all the time when you take a shower. The room need more cleaning work, lot of stains on the bedroom wall, floor need power wash or clean. Bed and pillow are not so comfortable to sleep on....

2 minutes walk from the Spanish steps and the Metro. 10 minutes from Trevi Fountain. Vatican and colosseum 49mins walk by Spagna metro just 2 mins away so only takes 15 minutes. Staff were amazingly helpful! Let them guide you on the map to get the most out of your Rome stay. No lifts at this hotel, and they occupy 2 floors starting on 2nd, so don't stay here if you can't manage the stairs! Truly charming hotel!

The Inn Spagna Charming house was a great place to stay! Especially for the location. Literally a 4 minute walk to the Spanish Steps. Minutes from the Trevi Fountain. The Metro was near, but we didn't use it, instead we walked everywhere. There was a lovely restaurant right outside the door to our room. The restaurant was perfect! Lots of high end shops all around, i.e. Gucci, Chanel, etc. Loved the cheap tourist trinket shops as well. The Wi-Fi worked great! If you love gelato....this is the place for you!! We are a family of 4 who stayed here and would stay again in a heartbeat!

We had a great experience with this hotel. The location couldn't have been better! It is close to everything you want to see and within walking distance. The staff is very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. While the rooms are small they were clean and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again!

When I was searching for food place to stay in Rome, the first thing I would always check was if the hotel had air conditioning, since it's summer, and if there was elevator and of course the area. Inn spagna charming house is located where the pantheon, trevi fountain and Spanish steps were just few minutes of walking. Getting around was easy. It is where the shopping area is. So for 2 days, easily we were able to visit a lot of places. The hotel was clean, with nice comfortable bed. The room we got was spacious enough for 4 people. There's elevator in the building. Alessandro was really nice making sure we were comfortable from our room to tour itinerary. The room had airconditiong but.... unfortunately, it broke down during our stay. The first night we only had fans and the next day they tried to call the maintenance. It started working in the afternoon but in the middle of the night, the air conditioning broke down again. So we stayed 2 nights with just the fan. That was just the downside of our trip. Everything went really great aside from the air conditioning.

Location was amazing and safe! Just steps away from Spanish steps. Room is big and with daily cleaning. We are a a family of 4. The only suggestion is to change the quilt covers to all white (vs the existing dark colors) to have a cleaner feel and to brighten up the room.

Great accommodation near Spanish Steps in Rome.
I thouroughly recommend this accommodation. The staff was extremely helpful and nothing was to much trouble for them to organise. They were very efficient and competent. The room was clean and serviced every day. The location is excellent and well stocked, fresh produce supermarket is close by. i will be staying there again on my next trip.

Our stay at this wonderful Inn was perfect.
From the moment we rang the door bell until we said goodbye to the managers our stay was perfect. The staff was so accommodating and friendly with great suggestions for dinner. The Inn is located on a beautiful and safe street one block from the Spanish Steps and Metro. Prada, Bulgari, Gucci...a few steps away...and our room was very comfortable and very clean. We would come back to Rome just to stay here!!!
