The staff was super friendly and respectful. The room was old, noisy outside, the bathroom very small but clean. Location was good since Termini and busses are just 5 minute walk. So it's very convenient if you want to move around in train, bus or rail.

We went to the hotel around 18:00 and had to wait a bit for check-in, but I didn't mind. The staff was friendly and attentive. Our room was clean. I really liked that there was a separate sink for ablution. The location of the hotel was very good, we could easily walk everywhere and return to the airport easily. There was just a lot of noise outside until late at night. A perfect price performance hotel. Recommended. :)

We liked Hotel California so much that we booked it a second time for our last night in Rome. Clean, comfortable, helpful staff, and delicious breakfast. It was also a five minute walk from Termini. Very convenient. Finally, the staff had a great set-up for calling us a taxi. Will stay there again.

The hotel is close to train station which is very convenient and probably the only good thing. The room was so duty that looks more like storage room

Overall, we had a lovely stay. The room was nice and clea , staff very nice and accomodating. The downfall was the fact that few things such as drawers, lighting seemed to be almost falling appart. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious and the hotel is withing walking distance to plenty of places.

Staff friendly, bed really comfy, sheets and towels really clean in fact they felt new. Strange layout of the room. I have a bad knee and found the shower/bath really hard to get in and out. Some people might get annoyed with the bells chiming from nearby church but I liked it. Central for everything. Went on a night tour starting at Termini station and was informed they couldn’t drop us back off there as the area is quite rough and 2 people had been stabbed, it seemed fine to us.

We stained here but it not bad you have to look at what you paid it was easy to walk everywhere and heaps of places to eat

We stayed here two nights in Sept 2023 to visit sites in Rome. We chose this hotel due to close walking distance to the Termini train station. That was convenient. The desk staff are friendly and helpful with leaving luggage etc. There are very good cafes right outside the hotel to eat and drink. The room was clean and renovated, but in a weird way. The sink, toilet, shower are all separate. Rome is old and they do what they can. There is an old small elevator around the far lobby to take you upstairs. It was all functional. Breakfast is in the basement and very decent for a buffet.

Close to main hub for transportation. Excellent breakfast buffet! Tons of food options within seconds of the Hotel entrance. Shower is excellent, however a non slip or handle bar would be great!
