The first night we got a horrible room with a narrow bed and sunken matress. After we complained on the night we got a nice room.

I really loved the location. I was able to walk everywhere. There were great shops and restaurants around. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. They made sure we got a taxi. The cleaning crew was so nice. The bar was nice and had a good selection.

We booked two rooms, both were meant to have city views. However we were provided with only one room with balcony and city view. Rooms - rooms were spacious, a bit old look, floors needed a clean. In our room - the bathroom window shutter couldnt close, so we didnt have privacy for 2 days out of 3. However, the two rooms were next to each other so worked out ok. Positives - Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, enough storage for bags. Safe area and hotel if looking for accommodation with kids. Amazing location, very close to Vatican city, bus stop, train station and hop on hop off bus stop. Its close to Michael St Angelo castle as well. Buses available from Rome city during day and late night. The hotel has a restaurant- good breakfast in the morning. The hotel has a cafe - amazing coffee. They offer car parking spots based on availability. Lot of cafes in the area. Near Vatican City there are lot of restaurants. We preferred them over restaurants in Trevi.

The hotel was in a quiet area close to Vatican city however further away from some of the other main attractions. I could hear the next doors alarm going off every 30 mins which started at 5am. Cleaners then knocked on the door at 8am despite check out not being till 10. Wouldn't recommend if your a light sleeper

The property is attractive and well-situated. Unfortunately, this place is managed by an agency. I required the sofa bed as it was mentioned in the description, but they charged me an additional 15 euros because I didn't request it in advance, even though they never stated that I had to make a request.

Almost great
On the small side - but this is what you get in city centre in this price range. Excellent AC. Clean and good location close to the Vatican. The mattress was not comfortable at all and this is my only complaint about this room.

The property was very old and the room was dirty and old as well. The bathroom was not cleaned and the walls had mold all over. This hotel should not have a 3 stars rating.

The hotel was in a good condition and was very walkable to major attractions like the Vatican. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was nice. The hotel rooms were a bit unclean and my sister did find a small cockroach in one. Overall, it was a good stay.

A bit difficult to find on exiting the nearby S. Pietro train station. When I got to the Via de Monte del Gallo there were no direction signs and I had to ask in another hotel. Otherwise the location is great for St Peter's (20 minutes walk) and other sights in the centre. Hotel room and facilities incl drinks machine were good and I enjoyed the breakfast choice. Staff were very helpful especially when checking in tired at 2315.

Breakfast was a good fair decent variety as Italians are not big on breakfast. For $€9 a fair deal, the hotel was a short 15-20 minute walk to St Peter’s basilica. There was a great little cafe 2 minutes down the hill Mirko the proprietor was friendly and made an amazing cappuccino and double espresso latte, one of the best I had, his English was far better then my botched Italian. Lol Great little market left when you leave the property and at the bottom of the steps, across the street, cheap fruit and toiletries I bought sunscreen for €6 as opposed to the tourist shops that were asking €18 in all it was a great visit and more then fair on the price.

The hotel is in a wonderful location. We could walk right to the Vatican and all thesites around it The staff was super helpful and spoke english. The hotel room was very clean. They had rooms with 3 twin beds which was wonderful for my three children. We had a nice stay.

Extremely reasonable price
This hotel has a really good location and is extremely reasonably priced. The rooms are very simple but no need to pay for things you do not need. The first night we were there was fantastic. The second night, the air conditioning stopped working so it was a little hard to sleep since there are no alternatives (like fans or windows with a breeze). Would stay again if we could confirm working air con.

The Bed if you could call it one was outragous how hard it was would of been better off sleeping outside on the road and could of saved myself 100 pounds instead i am.not 100 pounds out of pockets and my back is in a very bad way. Cleanliness was also shocking entered bathroom to find hairs from someone else all over the tiled floor and walls
