The hotel was a cool sanctuary to return to when temperatures were up to 40°C outside. It was clean and airy. The double bedroom we had was a decent size. The electric blinds provided a complete black out and the bed was comfy. As other have mentioned the walls do not provide much sound proofing but I was only aware of other guests on 1 of the 5 nights we stayed. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We did not try the restaurant for lunch or dinner but we did have breakfast each morning. There was a good range of items to choose from: hot food ( bacon, sausage and scrambled egg) cold items ( mozzarella, pickles, cold meat, cheese, tomatoes) fruit, yogurt, pancakes, cereal, and baked goods including apricot or plum cake. The hotel was a bit outside the city walls and it took around 20-30 minutes by bus to the city centre.
