We enjoyed our stay at the NH hotel. Our room was comfortable and breakfast was really good. We had a rental car and there's a parking garage below the hotel which is very convenient for Rome. Highly recommend this hotel

Paola with Guest Relations went above and beyond to check in with our family and whatever needs we had…including investigating a missing piece of luggage left at the hotel. The staff was great especially Elise. However the rooms are filled with dust, especially under the bed. I spend 2 nights out of the 3 without being able to sleep coughing and chest tightness due to a huge amount of dust pilled up under the bed and the bed sheets being dusty as well.
