Nice hotel but the big let down was the accessibility for wheelchair users. Also could pay a bit more attention to detail when it comes to cleaning as a few cobwebs around on the ceiling and under the bed not hoovered. Staff was fantastic both day and night. If access wasn’t an issue I would definitely stay there again.

i needed something last minute in the area the savoy was best option in my case price was ok, rooms very small, elevator very small and apparently bar/lounge area closes very early it could have been nice to have had a drink around 9pm without having to leave the property

What I like is it is a safe area, easily walkable to parking garage and to Blaak station. Saturday market is lively and good choice to walk around. Staff were always friendly and helpful at anytime. Breakfast was real super & excellent, many choices beyond our expectation. Felt so comfortable & happy to enter the hotel with the unique decor and the room too. Happy that the room had an expresso machine & a kettle too. Will definitely stay again at Savoy Hotel & give good recommendation. There was nothing to complain

Wonderful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Great location near the centre of Rotterdam but still in a very quiet area. Will certainly use again next time I visit the city.

Nice hotel
The bed is very comfort,shower great and amazing location.But as we paid room more than 300 € didn’t expect dark room on the first floor overlooking to psrking and building with too many windows (which overloking to our room) and our room was also just next to the elevetor which means all the time someone is in front of your door! For price which we paid i expected little bit more!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was in a good location to walk to the City centre and within a 10 minute taxi journey to Rotterdam Central Train station. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. The room was clean and comfortable but the window needed cleaning. We would definately stay there again.

very good hotel
Excellent hotel in a good location for the tram and metro. Bar downstairs and machine to buy snacks and food to take upstairs. Breakfast good but €15 each so a bit expensive. Staff very helpful.

I had a lovely stay at the Savoy, when i got my 1st room, i walked in and it had a terrible smell so i went down to complain and the lady was so helpful and within minutes i had a new room with a free drink voucher and when i walked into my other room the receptionist called to check the room was okay.

very modern and cool. breakfast was a bit expensive, would recommend getting food elsewhere, but otherwise was convenient to have good coffee in the room and a 24 hour self serve counter downstairs. Room was very comfortable and clean and new.

Very welcoming and helpful staff speaking excellent English. Knowledgeable about the transport system and places to eat and drink. Excellent location near to station for trains, bus metro and trams. Spacious comfortable bedroom, comfy bed and clean bathroom. Breakfast above average in quality and choice. Very pleased to have found this hotel.
