All staff members were very helpful and friendly! Food and dining offerings were delicious; great Buffet Breakfast served each day!! The sauna and indoor pool was enjoyable! It was convenient to get into Dordrecht town for shopping via use of the Bus system and the staff was very helpful to assist in ordering a cab when needed!!

Staff was always friendly and helpful, bar was a great hangout with a super funny server- Chris. Chris made hanging out all the more pleasant.

Great little all-rounder
1st time here definitely not the last. Received a new room in the new part, which was enormous. Could have had a party in the bathroom alone. Internet was a bit patchy but food, location, fittings and fixtures were all 1st rate.

Great hotel.
Great location close to the shopping mall. Easy access to the main roads. Restaurants and bar were top notch. Our room was very comfortable.

Nice modern building, in the middle of a quasi industrial estate. Was provided bacon with my vegetarian meal. Pool is nice, but relatively small so we had to wait to use it.

Large room and shower. Disappointing amount of single use toiletries and breakfast items. Restaurant and bar personnel a bit slow at times and did not seem too motivated. Overall very nice hotel and nice food.

This is 100% a class hotel. Huge spacious bedroom, very comfy bed, and excellent communications from owners Tom & Rosanne. Do not think twice about booking, you will not be disappointed with this establishment. Congrats Tom & Rosanne keep up the great work.

Out of town location, but perfectly located for me as I often visit businesses nearby. Friendly and helpful staff, not the cheapest of hotels, but clean, tidy and modern. The on-site restaurant is excellent.

Very nice, business-like hotel/ The food is excellent. the rooms are very large and well designed./ Only drawback is that it is located far from other restaurants or bars, need to access by car.

The food is good at their in-house restaurant . If you are carrying luggage’s those stairs to get up onto the main entrance can be quite tough.

I liked everything about the hotel but was early back in the room to watch some TV but this was impossible because it was not working. They suggested another room but i was already in pyjama's. I can't understand how this can happen in such a splendid hotel.

This hotel was truly outstanding. Very modern, very , very clean, excellent staff, excellent bar and dining room ( we ate dinner in their dining room 5 of the 7 nights we were in Dordrecht). Our only complaint was that our maid did not make up our room on three occasions. We did manage to get clean towels, soap, etc. without a problem, but it remains a mystery why she did not do our room.

Check-in very poor; could not find tge reservation, pretended there was no other room available, but when I called two hours before that it would be a late check in it was ok. After 39 min they did find reservation Cleaning staff is using both guest elevators; the waiting time took often so long. But room is good, breakfast very good, parking ok. During the weekend road works made it difficult to reach hotel, which is not a problem if it would be signposted properly which it wasn’t.

Very nice hotel
Nice hotel which was conveniently close to our meeting. Good bar and restaurant. Room was very spacious with 2 comfortable beds. The bathroom was enormous with both a bath and a shower.

Your employees can't write the bill for the company. They miss it and then they tried to explain that they can't do a new one. It happend to me and 2 more man thet stayed in this hotel. All it happened in 15 min. Not Happy at all becouse I will have to pay it from my pocket.... Will write to hotel when I return home ...
