WHAT! No additional cleaning fees?

Charming western decor and beautiful views of the Sierra Blanca Mountain make this affordable, large efficiency apartment, 2 miles outside of Capitan, NM, a good choice.

Capitan, Home of Smokey Bear is a three minute drive. Historic Lincoln, location of the Lincoln County wars and famously, Billy the Kid, is 15 minutes away. We are a beautiful 20 minute drive to the Alpine mountain village of Ruidoso,.

The bunkhouse is located in a quiet country RV park that is surrounded by rolling hill ranch lands. Free range chickens wonder by and the host stocks the refrigerator with fresh, multi colored eggs. At 6,500 ft elevation, the night sky is clear and many report seeing their 1st shooting star here.

The Bunkhouse has been the home to film crews, historians and writers in their search for historic Lincoln County history.

A gift for my neighbors
This was booked as a getaway for my friends’ 50th wedding anniversary. They loved it and are already planning a return trip. They loved the views and were able to see wildlife. It brought back memories from their early years when they used to spend a lot of time in the area. They have been raving about the bunkhouse and can’t wait to return.
