The hospitality was wonderful! Muffins in the morning - great. The room was nice, and very clean. Felt safe and secure. We found the bathroom very small, and no where to put toiletries, etc. Overall it was very good, and really great value!

Really nice and cozy. Décor was cool; south western look. We were late and tired snd they had our reservation papers and key waiting for us by the office. It was awesome.

The staff was great, the property is lovely. Only complaint was the sheets were a bit scratchy. Overall it was very nice and would stay again.

We have driven by this hotel for 30 plus years. We decided after reading reviews to give it a try. Boy are we glad we did ! This is a gem of a place. It has old charm that just isn’t found anymore in a clean environment anyway. Hands down the cleanest place we have ever stayed. Yes it’s older but don’t be fooled. Rooms are super quiet and cozy. Muffins in the mornings are fresh and as good as home. Very neat little place. We will definitely stay again when we don’t have our camper !

The minute you walk in the office of that property you are welcomed by Lisa she is a very sweet caring lady. The rooms were absolutely clean I was quiet and in the morning there's cookies muffins coffee. Lisa is just an amazing host and this will definitely definitely be my new place to stay when I go to Ruidoso.

Even though it’s an old property it’s in very good shape, and also very homey! The staff were all so warm and friendly, and the bed was pretty comfortable. Fresh cookies are served every afternoon and muffins in the mornings and are delicious.

We absolutely loved this place!!! The lady that worked the front, I believe her name was Lisa, was exceptionally friendly and provided great customer service. The room was beautiful and clean. I loved the little outdoor area with the sauna.

Great experience! Room was clean and nice—fresh muffins in the morning and fresh baked cookies in the evenings…ice machine was clean and always full! Great coffee bar—the manager was so nice! The sauna was hot and perfect. Nice courtyard! Easy walk to nice steakhouse. Mattress was perfect too! Great lotion and soap in the bathroom!

Great small hotel
Small hotel in very convenient location for shopping and restaurants. Very clean and well kept. Muffins for breakfast and afternoon cookies were so tasty! Plan to stay here again on my next trip to Ruidoso.

It is an older property, but it was cleaner and more comfortable that newer properties I've stayed at. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room even had a sound machine. We will definitely stay there again.
