Be very careful, you are on your own no police patrol the area, there are bad locals trying to rip you off near the tourist areas. Please research the TAXIS they are the worst in any country. Also the guys that want to fix your shoes or sell you a coconut. Just say no to them and don't be polite. Vietnam come on fix the problem or else.
