DIRECT ACCESS TO SEA AND POOL, COMPLETELY REFURBISHED IN 2019

The studio is ideally located in a condominium complex with the Hotel Spa Les Bulles de Mer (4 stars), 50 meters from the beach and 20 meters from the lagoon. With an area of 27 m2, plus 5 m2 of terrace, it offers a magnificent view of the swimming pools, the beach and the sea.
All modern comfort is provided: electric shutters and blinds, large shower, convertible sofa (Diva imagine) easy to handle with very comfortable bedding in 1m60 width, dishwasher, washing machine, combi oven, large fridge-freezer , television, wi-fi ... The two beds in the cabin part have a dimension of 90x190.
Outdoor parking is also available.
Access to the heated swimming pool is free and reserved for hotel and apartment guests.
The other services of the hotel are chargeable: spa treatments, hammam, panoramic jacuzzi with sea view, restaurant, bar ...
For opening dates and prices, you can consult the hotel website or call them.
The port of St-Cyp is accessible on foot in less than 30 minutes
Close to Collioures, Spain and the Pyrenees, you can also take advantage of your holidays to discover the region.
For athletes, the Capellans complex (tennis, squash, paddle ...), the St-Cyp golf course, horse riding centers ... offer many possibilities. But, starting from the studio, you can also walk or run, on the beach or by the lagoon and the marina.
NB: Outside the opening hours of the hotel, the studio and the natural setting remain exceptional, but you must love the great calm ...

Excellent Stay
Excellent stay, everything was as described, we were met on arrival and everything was explained and the keys handed over, communication before arrival and for departure was good, everything in the apartment worked as it should. Apartment was big enough for an adult couple, the weather was excellent (not in host's control!) and the photographs on the website are true to life. The facilities at the resort were very good, and in fact we stayed at the hotel another 2 nights it was so good.

Séjour très agréable avec vue magnifique.
Logement fonctionnel, très propre et très bien équipé. Entre les ponts de mai, nous avons passé une semaine très au calme. Le logement est bien situé et permet des balades à pied le long du littoral ou en voiture car, a proximité des lieux touristiques catalans. Hôte aux petits soins.

Wir waren das zweite Mal hier und es war genauso, wie beim ersten Mal toll. Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage und der Ausblick auf das Meer einfach super.

Wohnung war genau nach Beschreibung vor allem sauber, alles das was mann braucht. Das Bett beziehungsweise das Sofa ist okay für 1 Woche ,aber 3 Wochen da wird es unangenehm zu liegen. Aber trotzdem ist due Wohnung 5 Sterne 🌟 plus. Der Pool Super sehr sauber

Emplacement idéal avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et la piscine de l'hôtel. Appartement refait à neuf avec tous les equipements necessaires pour une famille ( machine à laver, lave vaisselle..) Proprietaire très agreable et communication très simple. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute. Merci
