"The house we stayed in was really awful. It was dirty on arrival, completely different to what had been advertised. It was unsafe in areas at the pool, showers were broken in both bathrooms. Furniture was old and uncomfortable. Kitchen was very poor, dirty cooker and fridge, lack of utensils and equipment. Despite repeated complaints to the site manager nothing was done."
