"Comfortable flat just across the street from the corniche to the beach. An easy 25 minute walk into Intra-Muros, but you have grocery, boulangerie, etc a close walk as well. The space is quaint and comfortable."

"A welcome bonus when we arrived at the station was the host picked us up and drove to the accommodation. Very clean & private in a good location. Close to shops and not far from old town. Host was very helpful providing local guidance. On booking, host sends direct email (which we missed) outlining special conditions including required deposit on arrival. "Overall the property was okay, although the toilet is in an enclosed balcony of sorts in the back with no heating so as it was Feb. it was a bit chilly. Also, the lights in the entryway didn't turn on when I clicked the switch; I tried several times and never got them to turn on. It was extremely dark climbing the stairs and felt unsafe. Even so, I'd recommend the flat as it was comfortable, convenient, and good value."

"No towel or bed sheets provided. I got a “reminder” two days before the stay, in French, to bring our own. I replied in English that Expedia didn’t mention that and got a snappy response in French. So you’re expected to carry over two sets of sheets, the beds are tiny, and all your towels. Another point is that the owner insists on giving you a grand tour of the place and wants 50 euros as a cleaning fee. Again not in the agreement when booking the stay. I did not pay that. "Pros: great location, excellent bathroom and good kitchen. The host, Isabelle, was kind and helpful. Cons: we were disappointed that the apartment had no WiFi. (The listing, when we booked early, said it did). You should know the bed is in the living room, like you would find in a studio. We did not use the sofa bed, but the sofa was a little uncomfortable to sit on. Overall, a pretty good stay for two. Check the restaurant directly across the street- fantastic."

A 10 min a pieds d'intra-muros et deux min de la plage des Sablons, beau sentier de randonnée. Très calme. Private parking in the underground parkade was great. Sylvia met us at the apartment for check in and was very helpful. We will definitely recommend this place."

"We loved our time in ST Malo. Our host couldn't have been more accommodating. The apartment was very comfortable, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. It is a short walk to the old city but has several restaurants close by. The best part no doubt is the view of the sea. The first night we came back from dinner sat at the picture window and enjoyed a beautiful and colorful sunset. Spectacular."

"The property was in a great location in the old town. Close to many shops and restaurants. The apartment was very clean! Also, the the double pained windows kept the apartment very quiet. There is no view, but that was okay. Plenty of light from the windows. Unfortunately, there was no parking close by. We had to go outside the town for parking.
