"As previous reviewers have stated, the view is amazing, however the villa and outside space did not live up to our expectations. The inside of the villa appears to be brand new and was very clean and well finished… but there is no wardrobe space in the villa at all, which is an issue, the beds in the two main bedrooms are very uncomfortable.. and although there are two small beds upstairs, the low ceiling makes the room unsuitable for adults. The wi-fi signal is very poor, the tv didn’t work...

"We spent a wonderful week here with my two young children (9 and 6). The property itself is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood with lots of amenities in the village but also short distance in the car to bigger shops. We had a lovely time exploring the different offerings of Fréjus and Antibes whilst there, both easily accessible by car. When not exploring the area, we had the most wonderful time at the house. "We had a wonderful vacation at Annes and Thierrys house. We were two families (4 adults and 4 kids). Everything was very clean, spacious and modern. Air condition in every room. We loved especially the big kitchen/living room with everything you need to cook for 8 persons, also the big fridge and freezer. Anne and Thierry are very nice hosts, showed us the house at arrival and we could contact them whenever we had a question. We can recommrend a stay at the house very much!"

"A lovely villa. Clean, comfortable and friendly check in. Very well equipped kitchen. The view is breathtaking. Take a laptop if you want to watch something that needs downloading. Very dog friendly with fenced garden. Everything is provided, extra blankets, ping pong, bicycles, dads, loo rolls, washing up liquid, really all you could want. We had two 20 year olds with us and they really enjoyed the boat daytrip we organised and the local market. Recommended."

"The villa is perfectly situated next to the sea with east access to the path and beaches. The rooms are good sizes and the villa was well-equipped. It is a great location for Fréjus and Sainte Maxime and all the beaches along the coast. There are no amenities in walking distance so we did spend time in the car going to Les Issambres for groceries or to Sainte Maxime for the nightlife. Michael was a great host responding speedily to all our queries."

"Liked: huge balcony, smart layout of the flat, good quality equipment, 3 fans, nice pizzerias (Pizza du Pub) Didn't like: flat itself is a bit small, kid's kit didn't include bathtub although advertised on their leaflets that it is there, broken safe box, balcony door very hard to lock therefore exposing ourselves to theft, not enough sunbeds"
