"Billy’s cottage was a haven. Our luggage took 3 days to arrive but the cottage and the docks were wonderful. It’s quite a walk to the centre of Dublin, we sometimes ubered which made it very easy (NB - eirecode is very important as the cottage isn’t easy to find otherwise). But would love to stay again and heartily recommended."

The location of this property suited our needs and we had a wonderful stay. "After such a long time not able to travel, we were lucky enough to visit Dublin for a few weeks this summer. We needed a place that could accommodate a family with enough space to spread out and within walking distance to pubs and the city center. The Grand Canal Townhouse was the perfect answer to all that we needed. Not only was the location great, the check-in process was seamless, and John was a pleasure to communicate with. He arranged for the home to be cleaned weekly and checked in...

"Had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful and cozy apartment! It was in a perfect location, we were able to walk to restaurants and local pubs, but it was far enough away that we had peace and quiet as well. Sleep great, which was needed after a long travel day. It was very clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The landlord was very kind, responsive and accommodating. I even forgot my headphones when checking out and he drove to the bus stop just to give them back to me, so...

"Excellent location on a quiet side street in a hip, but not touristy, neighborhood with good pubs and restaurants, and only about a 20 min. walk to the city centre. The townhouse has a kind of quirky charm, unlike any other vacation rental we've stayed in. Our only complaint was the low water pressure in the shower, which could be rectified by a shower head replacement. Our host Helen was kind enough to allow us an early check-in on our arrival, which was much appreciated."

"Great location, easy check-in, nice clean room, and convenient restaurants nearby. Rooms were available for early check-in. Room is apartment like with small kitchen and sitting area. Great recommendations for couple breakfast places around corner. Convenient for on/off buses and Temple Bar area. Secure access after 5pm. Highly recommend for Dublin visit. "
