Desk clerk refused to give a receipt for the $100 deposit that was paid. It was very difficult to understand them as well as English was not their first or second language.

the staff was helpful, the property okay but with too much construction around and without notification where to properly exit/enter ... the room was clean but had a rancid odor (like urine) drowned by air freshener (that hurts the nose)

The property was nice and the stove was certainly a nice bonus. Microwave was included with a big fridge. Only downside was the area next door that is in progress of construction.
