Excellent room. Friendly staff. Facilities. Breakfast expensive and you could offer an option of discounted breakfast if booked at time of hotel room booking. Bar could stay open later as 10pm closure is very early

Absolutely fantastic hotel. The staff on reception are amazing. Always happy to help. We were a group of three friends and had a large suite, which was fantastic. The attention to detain is just brilliant. Our room had a big double bedroom with en-suite. There was then and lounge area with dinning table and kitchen, as well as a second bathroom and toilet. Stairs took you up to an open planned upstairs bedroom with four single beds. The kitchen was really well equipped. It had absolutely everything you needed. They even had a little welcome box of cleaning bits, including dishwasher tablets and rinse aid. You can preorder bread and pasties for the following morning from reception the night before, and then you don’t have to go out first thing. Just brilliant. The room had everything you could possibly want and more, including slippers and dressing gowns. The spa is as amazing as it looks in the pictures, although I think the hot tub could do with being a little warmer, but a really great space. The whole hotel is really well decorated/designed and feels warm and cosy from the moment you arrive. Everything is spotlessly clean. I had read that the rooms are not serviced, but this was not the case, and we were offered free daily service at check in. Overall, a perfect ski hotel and I would happily recommend to anyone.

Great hotel, well looked after.
Stayed here for a short 4 day ski break. Lovely hotel, really nice, plush spacious rooms. We had a family suite, 2 double bedrooms, so perfect for 2 adults and two teenage girls. The hotel minibus service to the lift was great as was the good size ski locker that each room has. Staff very friendly and attentive.

Wonderful
Our second visit to this wonderful hotel and yet again did not disappoint. We love Samoens as it is so laid back and perfect for a relaxing holiday and no better place to chill out than the Alexane. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are beautifully furnished and spa facilities first class Highly recommend

Outstanding hotel in every way.
We revisited this hotel after having stayed for a few days in summer 2019. Everything is just as we remembered... incredible! I could not fault the attention to detail, quality of furnishings, spa facilities and cleanliness. The pool and associated steam room/ sauna and jacuzzi were a welcome distraction if it ever rained. What is also apparent is the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They all look so happy to work there. By far the best hotel we have ever stayed in for a summer break.

Amazing new modern chalet in Samoen
New, Modern chalet in the centre ville. Amazing facilities like heated swimming pool, steam bath, jacuzzi etc besides the games room equipped with pool table, dart board and sound-proof theatre. Great for skiers or outdoor trekkers or simply for those enjoying the facilities at the accommodation as the town is sadly quiet and lack the vibrancy of the town centre in Megeve.

We stayed here for 8 nights. Overall it was a good hotel. Nicely decorated, location is good (close to restaurants and shops), reception staff is nice and helpful, room is big enough for 2 people, warm and comfortable but they need to improve daily room cleaning service. Windows and mirrors were not clean properly. Dust everywhere. And they washed the glasses and cups in the bathroom. It was disgusting. The spa and pool area was wonderful. Also check in time is 5pm. It is too late. And breakfast was so basic. Very limited and no varieties. Coffee from thermos, no fresh squeezed juices, no omelette. I was expecting better breakfast service from that much nice hotel.

Brand new building so cleanliness and facilities are hardly used. Good position, well thought out and nicely finished. Restaurant is the only downside, the food quality and options are poor

Superb hotel facilities and location. New hotel.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Les Suites d'Alexane hotel. Right in the centre off town,opposite tourist information and ski school. Plenty of restaurants nearby (5-10 mins flat walking.) The spa was superb, with large steam and sauna rooms. Sensory showers were brilliant, good size pool and Jacuzzi. Top rate staff. Communal areas excellent. Bedroom good size. Great brand new bathroom & bedroom. Balcony great but lacked seating. Management please put some chairs there!

Great new hotel but with service teething problems
This is a great new hotel still going through start up teething problems. Once those are sorted it will be great. Breakfast really needs to be improved, since it is just not good enough for what this hotel wants to be. The room and common areas are high spec and tastefully modern. The pool hamman and spa are fabulous.

New Year stay in newly opened hotel.
Apart from teething problems you would normally associate with a new hotel, our stay was very good. The building is excellent and the room very comfortable. Most of all apart from minor issues you would expect with new staff working together in a new building, we found everyone to be very friendly and helpful. We would certainly recommend the hotel to our friends and we look forward to visiting again.

Hotel ist vielversprechend, jedoch gab es bei uns zu viele Kleinigkeiten, die gestört haben. Zum Beispiel hat es im Zimmer sehr stark nach Abwasser gestunken. Wir haben es dem Hotelpersonal mitgeteilt und es kam nach einigen Stunden jemand vorbei und konnte das Problem beheben. Die WC-Bürste hätte seit einiger Zeit gewechselt werden müssen. Ist keine teure Anschaffung, jedoch sind die Gäste sehr dankbar dafür. WC-Papier hatten wir keine einzige Reserve Rolle, logisch merkt man dies erst wenn es benötigt wird. Im Lift sowie Spa Bereich hätte es auch nicht geschadet öfters den Boden zu reinigen. Kleine Verunreinigungen vom Vortag waren am nächsten Tag immer noch vorhanden. Zum Frühstück können wir nichts sagen, wir haben nie im Hotel Frühstück gegessen.

Magnifique séjour ! Mais petit-déjeuner à éviter
L’hôtel était magnifique, la suite était superbe ainsi que le spa et le service était irréprochable ! Gros bémol cependant sur le petit-déjeuner… Pour 18€ par personne, il n’y avait pas grand chose, c’était assez décevant. Des viennoiseries sèches, des œufs brouillés pas très ragoûtants encore baveux, un seul jus d’orange provenant d’une machine, 2 sortes de pains et quelques confitures avec quelques fromages/charcuteries, un pauvre panier de fruits et des yaourts. Même pas un cuisinier pour préparer des omelettes ou faire des œufs au plat. Ce petit-déjeuner n’était pas digne d’un 4 étoiles, mais plutôt d’un hôtel Ibis. C’est à revoir pour 18€ ! Sinon, je recommande vivement cet hôtel !!
