The beds are very hard- like sleeping on the floor. Pillows were incredibly hard/firm. Sleeping on the floor with rocks as the pillow. Entire group of ten all made this comment. Staff is wonderful! Very clean

Bathroom was in need of updating Not enough amenities. No lotion or body wash. Only one bar of soap. Shower doors need to be repaired. Not on the track.

Beautiful old world hotel. Clean a very well maitained. Locatio is awesome except for the disco next door the thilumped till 3:30am monday -sat. Other wise would be a 10 out 10

Hotel Ciudad Real could be better!
Location is really good! Restaurant excellent, the waiters were smiling and very helpful! The only inconvenience is that the water in the shower is not hot enough and the water pressure is very low!!

San Cristobal Vacations
Hotel is very clean and staff could be a little bit mire friendly! Location is excellent! When reserving at this hotel please note there is no elevator! But other than that it is a very nice hotel! Although Hotels.com failed to put my VIP status on the reservation so I was denied my free breakfast benefits.

Great Stay Overall
This hotel is in the perfect spot in San Cristobal and is incredibly convenient. That being said, there were a few issues. The WiFi is a joke. They force you to login through Facebook, which is incredibly buggy and unreliable. It is constantly disconnects. Why anyone would use Facebook for this is beyond me. The water pressure in the shower is like a trickle and it never got hot. The walls are thin and there is a lot of noise from neighbors.

Beautiful colonial architecture and was located in the very center of the city so i could walk to the most important places i wanted to see. Because my stay was over a holiday weekend, there was noise from outside the hotel thst was audible in my room until 4 each morning. It was not loud, but was audible

Best in San Cristoabl so far...
We have stayed at a few of the hotels in San Cris, and so far this is the best. Location - cant be beat, in the center of it all. Somehow, the place manages to be both in the middle of it all, and a refuge from it when you need it. Be sure and ask for a room way at the back if you need it quiet at night.

It Easy in the middle of allá the important Places. Excelent location just in front of cathedral chruch, the main park AND near of the 3 main walkers that have stores, restaurants, a lots of things. Is great to move by walk AND explore all the near places. Wonderful weather, beautiful Town. Get a personal tour Is a great way to visit all the important places in your own time .

The hotel is centrally located, close to restaurants, shopping, disco and historically places. The staff were very friendly and communicative between each other, they were very helpful. At the time of check in, because it was VIP they gave us a free drinks and breakfast.
